Bought the hose a couple of years ago. It turns into a tangled mess, whether the water is on or off. Totally unmanageable. When attempting to pull the hose straight, it kinks up into knots, blocking the water. I thought it would be very easy to use, but instead, it's been a terribly frustrating experience. I thought after some time, it would become more relaxed, but that did not occur.

Purchased two Pocket Hose Copper Bulletin Hoses with sprayers in 2024. One year later the cheap plastic sprayers fell apart and started spewing water from every crevice. It came with a 10 year warranty and they replaced the sprayers. One year later it happened again. I called for warranty replacement again and they told my their warranty has been revised to 30 DAYS ONLY. I mentioned that I had a 10 year Warranty but they didn’t care. They now said that the sprayers were free at time of purchase and not covered plus they said again that the warranty on the hose and sprayers have been revised from 10 years to 30 days. I hope the hoses hold up but after reading reviews I’m not to hopeful.

I bought (2) hoses with the nozzle guns and swivel adapters. One hose leaked right out of the box while the other was just fine and works beautifully. I initially gave a one star review but now I'm changing it due to the fact Customer Support promptly resolved the leaking hose issue and as a result I'm satisfied with our conclusion.

On the 22nd of March 2026. I ordered Hempvana gel from Amazon. The package was sent out on the 23rd of March 2026 we should have only taken 3 days to get to me. The tracking information kept changing over and over. I called Amazon where I ordered it from. I was told that this company Bulbhead used DHL to deliver the package. They even have a tracker in order for you to track your package. But I was not giving a tracking number I was just giving a number from Amazon to track my package. Every day I looked for my package now it's April the 3rd 2026 my package have still not been delivered. They even gave a estimated day for when for the arrival of the package. Now it's April the 4th. Still no package. I'm not being compensated because of their mistakes something I needed so badly. I never knew about this company bulbhead but now I know now I have to wait 24 hours for them to call me about a product that I have ordered I've never dealt with nobody like this before and I would never do it again it's so sad that you can't get what you ordered and a decent amount of time. I would not recommend nobody to get anything from them because I'm totally not satisfied and I'm not trying to be nasty about it but it's hurtful when you be ignored but you spend your money.

I bought two 50 ft Pocket Hose Copper Head - UV Blocker Edition that did NOT last six months before starting to leak in the middle of the hose. Pocket Hose Copper Bullet Hose 10 Year Warranty?
The company, BulbHead did not respond to my emails directly. And by the time I got PayPal involved, Pay Pal told me it was now six months and NO REFUND or REPLACEMENT HOSE per Pay Pal policy. So, which is it BulbHead, 30 DAYS or IS IT TEN YEARS?!!! Rip off!!

I’ve enjoyed being part of bulbhead for years. Enjoyed most everything the received. Would recommend

I wish your offers didn't expire so quickly. I don't always have access to sign in to my account to earn points with a purchase, and by the time I get back to it, the offer had expired. You lost a sale by doing so.

While I do understand, and agree, that BulbHead offers many unique items, more than one email a day is too much. It takes too much time to click upon many emails to determine those of interest to me.

Placed an order for the Super Star Santa Christmas Tree with the extra lights upgrade, Star Shower Slide Show Christmas and added The Slide Show Celebration Set. Everything except The Celebration Set arrived exactly when stated from the delivery company. Only problem they forgot to pack the celebration set. It took exactly 1 email to customer service and the issue was solved, Slide Show Celebration Set sent and received within 7 days.

I have ordered for a few years now and all great experience ! Fast shipping and excellent products all !
