Quick and friendly response on the phone. Phone delivered as ordered and competitively priced. Although I had an issue with it( unrelated to Bulk Mobiles), the customer service received could not be faulted. Thanks for your excellent support.

There were a few signs that Bulkmobiles might not be kosher, such as a PayPal logo but no PayPal option, and a couple of bad reviews here. But the phone I wanted simply wasn't available elsewhere so I paid by Debit card.
And waited, and waited... and emailed, and waited.
I phoned Bulk Mobiles, and there was someone there! They said my phone would arrive about 10 days after ordering, (as warned in the small print), and it did. But ALL GOOD!

I ordered 10 Samsung phones for family members, the first 5 was opened and they all have a battery life of approximately 30 minutes. I tried to return the last 5, only to find out that the standard 14 days consumer right UK does not apply to them. Please avoid them because the phones they sell/dropship are substandard. No one deserve to be a victim of this doggy company!

I was at first wary as we are always told that if it looks too good to be true then it probably is. Not so at bulkmobiles where I got 2 brand new boxed Samsung S3 phones for £40 each which are perfect for my kids to use for YouTube, Netflix etc. Would definately buy from them again if needed. Mobile phone took longer than advised and after several emails chasing, I eventually received a phone that doesn't have the right accessories and now my emails are being returned as No Sender account. Still not resolved now and paid for a new phone beginning of November! Not very satisfied at all.

Habeeb & Bulk Mobiles have been amazing. I wasn't sure about ordering at first but Habeeb assured me and I was able to order some samples before committing for larger orders. This Company provides customer service like no other and I am so glad I found them. I look forward to dealing with them for a very long time to come.
