The actual company itself have been really helpful but they definitely need a new delivery service because DHL are an absolute abomination. I ordered my parcel on the 15th of December and it’s still not here! Bulk Supermarket have done everything they can and they’ve been really helpful! DHL’s service have put me off this entire situation

Not happy
First of all the, first batch was damaged in transit,, so a replacement eventually got sent out,, opened that packet and that was damaged to,, disgusting,, £5.99 for delivery, definitely not worth it, especially as this was a donation for, a child with Austim,, who only drinks capri suns, not a great experience, over all.

First time I used Bulk supermarket. Delivery address was wrong. So ended up buying the same thing elsewhere in a local shop. All a bit late now.
Also what is the point of having a phone number if no ever picks it up or the engaged permanently?
