I am making this review after a while of buying this VPN.
In terms of speeds they were more than good on most servers but some of them were just slow.
In terms of features they have a good features included in the subscription including SmartDNS, most popular VPN protocols and they have recently included WireGuard protocol.
As for my need it only lacks a good new updated apps and a stealth VPN technology to hide VPN traffic.

If anyone is interested in VPN subscription with SmartDNS for unblocking Netflix and other streaming services for a good price BulletVPN is the best choice.

Very good vpn software. Simply gets the job done. Internet speed is decent. Highly recommended.

I have had some issues the past few weeks when trying to connect to the DSTV Now(South Africa) website and ALL the websites (Chrome, Mic Edge, Internet Explorer) are just displaying blank when now.dstv.com

I haven't had the chance to thoroughly test and use BulletVPN's services so far because I am a fresh customer.

Initial impressions are good - support is fast and seems helpful, there is an open ticket regarding the Windows client that I initiated and I am confident they will help me solve it. (Later Edit - managed to solve it).

I initially gave it 4 stars because I know there are some features which are nice to have for a VPN (e.g. OpenVPN on TCP 443 or UDP 33434, Obfsproxy, Stunnel, Shadowsocks, etc.). Then, I analyzed the traffic and found out that OpenVPN TCP is using port 443, which is good to see.

My 4-star rating remains in place though because of the speeds - you need to test your luck with various servers to get a good speed. Hopefully the future WireGuard protocol which they plan to implement will mitigate this to some extent.

On another plus side, they do have SmartDNS included with their VPN service.

Purchased a BulletVPN subscription but being a complete novice in the world of VPN I needed to contact support time and time again for help with basically everything ..on each occasion I received a reply and was given the help and advice I needed and can not fault the support team they are very impressive..They have a easy to navigate website with lots of guilds and set up information and excellent pricing..
Overall I’m really pleased I joined BulletVPN

They do an amazing job, give great service, are very helpful and reply promptly to any enquiries.

I use this service on a weekly basis and it’s very effective. When I have any questions the technicians usually answer immediately or within the hour. There is one service I sometimes struggle with however BulletVPN always does their best to sort the issue immediately and therefore I have to give them 5 stars. Their range of servers are also very vast and covers all continents.

I can't recommend BulletVPN enough for its excellent support and when it comes to DSTV. DSTV keeps trying to block but with BulletVPN its been stable. They have 6 servers in South Africa where most other suppliers which I have tried only have 1. If there is an issue because DSTV has made a change, just mail support and they sort it. I'm very happy that I can log on my Dstv account again. Thank you guys!
