I have still not received the product after 21 days (15 working days)!
I placed an order for my product on November 28, 2024, but I have yet to receive my package. Upon checking with the courier company, Colissimo, the tracking information still shows that the package is in transit within France.
I must mention that last year, when you partnered with FedEx, the service was excellent, and I was satisfied. However, this year, I am quite disappointed with both the service and the pricing. As a loyal customer, I kindly suggest that you reconsider the additional charges for shipments and work with more reliable courier companies going forward.

**Update Dec 18**
I am still waiting for my package, and I have not received it yet. I contacted customer support, and they confirmed that there is an issue with the FR Colissimo courier. I am very disappointed with this latest order, as the package was meant to be a birthday gift, which I never received. I reached out to customer support again this morning, and a gentleman assisted me in processing a full refund. However, I am still waiting for the confirmation email. As mentioned earlier, this may very well be my last order.
