Purchase of Gold Sovereigns
I recently purchased some gold sovereigns online .
I received the sovereigns 4 days later by Royal Mail .
The shortcoming in the purchase was that I never received any email confirmation after paying on line nor any notification that the sovereigns were on their way or ready for delivery .

Excellent professional service from Bullion House. After placing an order on their website I received a call from Jordan the same day. He carefully went through my order with me to resolve a technical issue and provided an exceptional service. The delivery was super quick also within 24 hours without any issue. We were looking for a legit bullion store and we search over the internet and found the bullion house here in london, we went to the store and Richard and Jordan were very accommodating and knowledgeable, I purchase their 24k Pamp 5 grams gold bullion and easily verified its authenticity in the store, good prices exactly like in their website. Would definitely buy from them again.
