Really bad experience
My item took more than 3 weeks to arrive when it should have been just a couple of business days. I had to find an emergency alternative elsewhere. When it finally arrived I requested a return.
It's been nearly a month now, and I still haven't received any confirmation that the item was received or that any news about my refund.
