Sizing sucks, like a toddler sized shirt instead of 2xl. And management is super judgemental and hypocritical.

I ordered a Brandon Herrera T-Shirt from Bunker Banding Co. and usually when I order something from America, it takes a good couple of months to arrive in New Zealand (where I am) But with this order, it arrived at my doorstep within 10 days, which honestly surprised me. The quality of the t-shirt is excellent and worth the money I paid. I would rate this company more than 5 stars if I could.

The shipment I received outside the USA sucked ass. I used to buy in the US shirts and such when I lived in Ca. The New shirts are Boxy square short and bad quality, I wanted to return then what was said is basically told that's my problem, that I can't send it back and complain or even get refunded The shirt is so shit and I can't send it back the xxl Sweater same problem sleeves are for midgets and so thin it's like nothing I'll use that as a rag for cleaning because I'm so unhappy as a channel follower for over 8 years this is the biggest disappointment. I was planning to buy some Diversity hires but I'm no longer doing so

Bad quality has gone downward bad customer service

I was looking forward to buying one of their products. Unfortunately, I’m not going to pay almost as much again in freight. I suggest they use UPS.

On Wednesday 17th December 2025 I ordered a Smile More PVC Keychain and the company has been brilliant with Getting it Collected,Labled & Shipped out within 2 days and Today Friday 19th December 2025 it's already in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧

Shipping was really fast to Europe, ordered on the 1st and received it on the 4th. Why not 5 stars? 1/4 shirts I ordered (STEAL from the Fat Electrician) had the print being low quality and missing some parts, when I asked about it in support wanting to return it, they said it is apart of the design even tho it looks completely different than what is on the website and what I've seen in videos of people wearing the same shirt. Also not made in the USA even tho the hefty prices.

I made two purchases of logo t-shirts, in support of a Youtube creator. The material attracts every piece of lint/fur/etc. I tried washing them separately, changing my soap/softener/etc, but nothing helped. No answer from the company's "support".
Using them as PJ tops but my cat claimed most of them.

The day after I received this product it began to fall apart.

It is in no way worth the money

First off I've been watching Matt's channels since start up and the greedyness has been shown now. By buying such low quality shirts than charging crazy high prices for them...it makes me think you don't "love your fan's" (as you claim at the end of every video on demo) this is a clear indication you are only about the money...After waiting for 2 weeks..it gets shipped...prices are crazy high for the quality of the shirt. 1st. The collar is very thin, which causes bacon collar. And at that point it's useless. 2nd. It's very thing quality all around. 3rd. The font is way to small in comparison to the size of the shirt. Overall definitely not worth the time or money.

’ve been a loyal viewer of Matt and Roman for over 10 years, so I was genuinely excited to finally order something to show my support. I purchased the “Tye Die Smile More” shirt in 3X, but unfortunately, the experience was a big letdown.

First off, the sizing is way off — the 3X fits more like an XL or at best a tight XXL. On top of that, the material is extremely rough and coarse, definitely not the quality I expected for a $30 shirt. It’s uncomfortable to wear and feels cheap, which is really disappointing considering the price and the brand behind it.

I wanted to be excited about this order, but honestly, we’re not smiling more over here. I expected better from a brand tied to creators I’ve supported for a decade.

All the people saying "I've waited a week" or "I washed it once and it faded" don't read anything important. It says on their site shipping from them takes 5 business days. Then the real shipping from the post office is 3-5 days. Also, their clothes are meant to be washed inside out... Read people read

Excellent customer service, I have ordered three parcels over the last month. Donut Operator and AK Guy t shirts, hoodie and hats etc. These parcels have been all different sizes and being delivered to the United Kingdom. The postal service has been amazing with a tracking number following the journey every step of the way with UPS and regular emails sent. Every parcel has been delivered on time and within 7days. had to cancel my order after waiting almost a month...sad for a vet-run business

I have ordered twice and had a great experience both times. The last one I messed up on the shipping and the answered my emails promptly and went out of their way to correct my mistake and made sure I received it on time!

I ordered a few t-shirts to support the content creator of the shirts and I went in with zero expectations about the quality. I was amazed tho. The quality of the shirts is simply fantastic. It's breathable, light and can handle being washed without shrinking or getting deformed. I will without a doubt be returning for more. Can recommend!

It's been a week, and not even an email explaining the delay. I expected my order in three days. It hasn't even shipped yet.
