Troublefree online purchase of Hydrangea quercifolia "Alice" as a gift. Had it delivered to my home address. It arrived within 3 days, was very well packaged and was an excellent quality plant. Postage for one plant was a little pricey but that was to be expected as it was only a single plant that I bought and it was very well packaged/delivered. Will use this nursery again.

One of the best plant nurseries I have ever used: wide variety of plants, ordering is easy, plants arrive in very good condition and there is lots of useful information about the plants on the website.

An exceptional nursery, the plants are always well grown and of good quality. I have ordered a hundred or more plants over the years and never had one which didn't succeed.

I have made a good few purchases from Burncoose and everything has been excellent. Plants are great and unlike some nurseries, they are packed really well and arrive in good shape. I thoroughly recommend them.

Th ordering process was fine but the delivery was something else. I got no indication that the parcel has been despatched, no indication of the courier being used, and no tracking information.
I have a security system that told me when someone entered my property. I saw him look down the side of the house where he could have left the parcel in a safe place, out of sight and in shade but he went to the front door and left it on the doorstep in full view of the road and in direct sunlight.
Don't use Burncoose if you want your plants delivered to a safe place.

Excellent service. Postage was a little on the high side. That said my tree arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. Definitely consider using Burncoose again.

Strong plants, well packaged and ready to plant in the garden. While the price particularly of delivery may seem a little high, you get good quality plants fast and ready to go in the soil.

I have ordered from Burncoose on a few different occasions but never had the pleasure of visiting in person.....yet! The website is very easy to navigate and to order from. I ordered my plants on the 16th July in the evening and they arrived on the 18th July. I live in East Sussex so the delivery was very quick! The plants I received are very healthy without any breakages. This is a reliable company to spend your money with!

From all points of view this was a great experience: Starting with the selection of plants, the delivery timing (spot on) , communications, through to the excellent packaging and plants in perfect condition. Thank you and well done - we'll be back.

Clear web site, important as an unclear one can put us off!

Ordered on a Wednesday and arrived on the Friday, very quick and in excellent condition. Didn't get any notification that they were on there way.

I have bought plants from Burncoose for a number of years and found their range of products second to none. I had an issue with a couple of Camellias which were not looking too perky after the spring drought. Spoke to Claire at Burncoose who resolved the issue with the minimum of fuss. Top plants and service from Burncoose!

Good plants, but customer service is abysmal, no information as to when plants are sent out, no tracking reference, but plants well packed and arrived in good condition

No water in the loos to wash hands. Had to use a washing up bowl from the cafe trailer. No signage anywhere. Plants are not great quslity and can get better and healthier plants at other local garden centres. Plants are not great quality and not looked after

Really pleased with the size and quality of the plants I ordered which were a really good price and arrived within a couple of days
