I ordered a custom Ambrosia desk (the smallest size available: 42” x 22”) on July 30 and received it on October 10.
I was surprised by the overall appearance of the desk, as it is quite different from the product photos on the website, as well as the three photos posted in Shane Parsons' review posted on 01/21/2023 on the Burotic website of his Ambrosia desk (which looks very much like the product photos on the website, as one would expect). The appearance of my desk is "striped," with 4 very distinct sections of color running the long way across the desk.
I was also surprised that it arrived with an unfilled hole, given it’s a brand new, custom made, very small desk.
Burotic has confirmed that I cannot return the desk since it is custom made, and that, while the desk will be covered under the three-year warranty, the hole is not covered by the warranty.
The options given to me are to ship it back to have the hole repaired or to receive compensation equivalent to about 7 percent of the purchase price (half the amount I would be refunded for referring a new customer) so that I can fix the desk myself.
I was happy with the assembly instructions and process – my 10 year old son and I were able to assemble it ourselves.

I LOVE my Burotic Visionary desk! I cannot believe it! Missed the Canpar delivery so I picked it up. Awkard and heavy, I carried three pieces into my new place. Put it together by myself while I seriously considered acquiring a partner that could help. Alas, at the end of the day, this is a beautiful desk, and I am just delighted! Thank you Burotic!!

I just loved my experience buying at burotic. I ordered an Achiever desk and the quality is way superior than expected. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
