Ordered a Bluetooth speaker, it arrived in good time but unfortunately it is not suitable for my application. I contacted them immediately to process a return. Currently they are being less than helpful! So far I have sent 4 emails. This should be a simple process, get your act together please, customer service should be a priority.

I have bought four Cool Snowglobes from this company recently. The products are gorgeous; really magical. They arrived promptly and well packaged. The company is excellent to deal with. They kept me informed about when the order was received and dispatched. When I emailed a question, I got an answer the same day from a pleasant and friendly representative. I will certainly continue to use this company.

Had one item in my basket. Couldn't decide whether to proceed, so left it.
Burton Blake follow-up with an offer - a specific discount code relevcant to my basket.
Guess what...they tempt you back to the site and then say the discount doesn't work because it is already a good price. The code you gave was specific to my basket. And then doesn't work on my basket.

You induced me into making a transactional decision (i.e. to interact further with your website) by making a statement to me that you knew to be false.

Outstanding customer service! I was looking for some Q Acoustic M20 speakers and everyone was the same price bar Burton Blake who were £10 cheaper. Having never used them before I ummed and Ahhhhed a bit wondering whether it was worth saving a few quid if it was going to be a load of hassle dealing with them. I’m so glad I did! Not only were they slightly cheaper than everywhere else delivery was free and came by DPD, my favourite carrier with the most accurate information. I ordered them in the afternoon and got several updates about the order status and then a message saying they’d been shipped. Came the next day! Outstanding and thank you. I would definitely recommend Burton Blake. And the speakers are awesome too!

Smooth transaction and delivered quicker than expected. Free postage on a large item to the Isle of Man is very rare to find!

Product arrived super quick, ordered friday night and was here on sunday. Well packaged. We even found a WW1 Bomb with the metal detector

UPD: customer support team went out of their way (especially compared to some other retailers) to remediate situation, communicating with me and offering the discounts on other models.

I bought a pair of Kanto Yu6 speakers from Burton Blake - that were sadly faulty out of the box. I recorded a video and the manufacturer themselves confirmed overnight that the units were faulty but since i've literally just purchased them, it's better to either refund or return through the reseller.

I wanted a replacement (naturally, cause i bought them during the black Friday deals), and Tony from Burton Blake confirmed it's going to be possible. Now after a couple of weeks of meddling (even though the manufacturer themselves on the back of the video unnegotiably said the units were faulty), they just refunded me the money. So basically I wasted: 2 weeks without speakers, a lot of time on the back and forth with them because of the faulty ones sold, an opportunity to buy anything with another retailer during black Friday.

Added a set of Q Acoustic speakers to my basket which seemed a good price. Received an email shortly afterwards encouraging me to complete the purchase with the offer of an additional 10%via a specific discount code. Went back to my basket to add this code but it was declined. Contacted BB and they just refused to honour the discount.
Will never use again. Dishonest sham of a company. Best avoid.

I was shopping for a new coffee machine (Jura E8) Burton Blake answered all my questions and offered the machine at an excellent price - Tony was very helpful and the machine was despatched promptly. It arrived in full delivery condition (boxed and protected) I registered the machine with Jura and it is operating perfectly.

Absolutely love these in ear head phones they are comfortable and delivered the most wonderful music. Exceptional.

It was just by chance I found this site & was pleased with their service for delivery.
The product I purchased was a bargain for introducing me to start using my old vinyls again,some of them are rare collectors vinyls.
