The easiest car purchase we’ve ever made. Claire was brilliant from the start. She explained everything, even took time to send us video of our new car as we were buying from distance.
When we arrived to collect our car we were welcomed and taken care of straight away on walking through the door. Despite the showroom being incredibly busy, we were looked after as though we were the only people there.
Claire did all the paperwork quickly and efficiently then took time to go through setting up our car so the on board systems were clear. We could not have asked for better! Thank you ♥️

Booked my sportage in for a parking sensors problem in April
They told me that it needs a new parking sensor harness and might need one or more new sensors
I got a new harness from Kia and four new sensors it did not solve the problem
I paid £140 for the diagnostic test
When I called to tell them that the diagnostic test did not solve the problem they asked me if I would like to book the car back in I asked them if I would need to pay for another diagnostic test and they said yes
When I asked why as I have replaced the parts that they said were faulty they couldn’t tell me why
Will never use this garage again not helpful and just want to get money out of you

Came in today to enquire about KIA EV3 or EV4 models. Salesman didn’t seem remotely interested, gave me no information, wandered off and didn’t return when I sat in one of the cars.

I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Claire for making the purchase of my new Kia such a positive experience. From start to finish she was very approachable & friendly (without being over friendly), courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.
Nothing was too much trouble, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained clearly to me and that I felt confident and comfortable throughout the whole process.
Her professionalism and customer care really stood out, it made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. I’m absolutely delighted with my new car and really appreciated the service I received. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Claire and Kia Burton dealership to anyone looking for an excellent car and customer service alike.
Shocking company
Shocking company, avoid at all costs!! If I could give a 0 star as a review I would! Bought a van from these and less then a week into having it we had problems. Customer service is shocking and helping solve the problem and getting it into a garage they deem ok on the warranty is another thing! Do not waste your money. Staff are unhelpful and just want to sell you the vehicle! No after care what so ever!

Superb service from Kia and salesman Keith
Keith, the salesman who dealt with my Sportage purchase was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and made the whole buying experience easy. On collection of the 10 month old vehicle, which was in perfect showroom condition, he took the time to explain and indeed implement all the controls to my requirements, which meant I could just drive the car with ease knowing everything was set up. Can’t praise him enough, nor the vehicle. Luxury on wheels.
Our sales assistant, Keith Thurlow - excellent
Our sales assistant, Keith Thurlow, was excellent. He carefully explained the process we would go through to buy our car, advised on additional items we could purchase, explaining the pros of each without being pushy, and took time to sit in the car with us explaining all of the controls - we had not had a Kia car before. He discussed a service plan with us, and took time to wait for us whilst we set one up with the service department. All in all, an excellent experience, would certainly recommend him to others.
Poor 'sales' experience
We went to Kia Burton today to see, buy and hopefully drive away a £27,595 Kia that was advertised on Autotrader.
Yes, I was a genuine cash buyer with cash in the bank to buy and drive the car away.
The man I spoke to refused to budge on the price.
When we looked at the car it was not clean and parts were missing from the boot, even though the car is not used (delivery mileage only) and we had given him 2hrs notice of travelling from Oxfordshire.
I was close to accepting the full price but then noticed that the car did not have front mats. There were actually the plastic posts poking up in the drivers foot area that the mats connect to!
You sell an expensive car without basic mats?
So I said to the man that I will buy the car if he puts mats in there for me to drive away. He checked his stock, they had them in stock (of course they did) but he refused to throw them in.
I was amazed.
They lost a sale for the value of two mats.
I walked away.
Either you allow your ‘salespeople’ to sell or at least supply a car with the basics before selling it.
Had you accepted my cash it would be earning you around £2.50 a day in interest – an incredibly poor business decision.
====UPDATE====
I eventually relented and paid for mats and returned today to pick the car up.
It wasn’t the smoothest handover (LOL no mats in the car!) as we nearly had to take a trip to the post office because the wrong V5 was being referenced, but I have to say that Archie was great and we eventually were able to drive it away after about 2 hrs.
Then when we got the V5 it had the incorrect name (again) and after two weeks I'm still awaiting a reply from their incommunicative sales manager who I suggest you avoid.

Expectations exceeded...
After trailing round various dealerships where we were really disappointed, it was completely different experience when we visited Burton Kia. We were able to park, everything was priced, immaculate, the dealership was spotless and the sales team were brilliant. The deal was very fair and conducted in a really professional manner.
The hand-over was on time, not hurried and the vehicle was absolutely gleaming.
We cannot speak highly enough of Burton Kia and the Kia we now own. Our expectations really were exceeded and we are delighted to be one of their now loyal customers.

I’ve always bought my cars from Burton Kia and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Every time I’ve dealt with them it’s been a really good experience, whether it’s buying a car or getting it serviced.
The team are always friendly and easy to deal with, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble.

Everything ok with the purchase how ever car was shaking over 60mph found in test drive tried to call dealership 3 times still and said would get a call back, explained living over an hour away and asked if I could take it local still no response, so had to take it cost me £170 for some new rear tyres due to them been mid shaped, this is something you don’t expect to be doing when buying a new car, still waiting for garage to provide me a refund for this especially when I traded a car in with no issues!
