Process was very straight forward and no issues. Very convenient to not have to wait for an hour in a registry (so painful). Cost was reasonable (and comparable) with local brick & mortar registries with exception of Annual Return (I chose not to get that service). Sana did a great job processing and communicating with me.

Very fast, and friendly. Evelyn made the process very simple.

Sana was great! She gave me better service than I expected (if we are going to be honest!) and kept following up if she hadn't heard from me. Typically in these types of requests I don't come across service like this.

After submitting my application for a corporation at night, the next morning Sana replied to me to gather more information. Each time I emailed her she replied very quickly and we sorted out lots of technical details to ensure everything was perfectly correct before submitting it to the Alberta Government. The process started on June 5th at night and I got an incorporated company with CRA tax numbers by June 12th. Amazing job by Sana. Then Jordan was very helpful in getting my corporate seal and share certificates prepared. Rather than mailing it, he arranged to have me ouch it up at the Alberta online office on June 14th and save the shipping cost. Overall I’m super happy about the ease and speed of the service. I wanted to have my business incorporated; I ended up at Business Alberta online after a Google search. I called them after half an hour to know if the information provided on my order was complete because I placed 1 business day express order. I was fortunate to have Sana on the phone to assist me. She promised to process the order promptly. Later in the afternoon the same day, Sana called me to let me know that my business order was processed, and certificate of business incorporation and other related documents have been emailed to me. I am very impressed with the service provided by her and will always recommend Business Alberta Online, specifically Sana for professional service.

Huge scam! I incorporated through Business Alberta in may 2022 and was supposed to have received a bunch of things in the first year, including bookkeeping, payroll set up, etc. However, I did not receive anything from them for well over a year so I didn’t think that my business had even been registered. In August 2023 they called me telling me I need to renew my business. I said that I didn’t think it had gotten registered because I thought I’d be scammed. I told the woman I spoke with on the phone that I had never received anything to which she responded “Yes you did.” She then called me back 10 minutes later and said you did not receive anything so just emailed it to you. I asked her what about all of the free stuff that was supposed to have been included. She said that the year had been up so I didn’t get anything now and I needed to renew on their website or my business would be dissolved. I went on their website and saw it was $396 to renew for the one year! So I went to the registry to double check if this was legitimate and renewed my business there for $80. DO NOT incorporate through Business Alberta! This is the scammiest legitimate business I’ve come across. Don’t do it!

Again, keep telling me you sent my documents but I have the email dated August 2023 after I was told it was all sent to me and then received a call 10 minutes later stating "you didnt get the documents so Ive just emailed them to you". Again, 15 months after I incorporated and was supposed to have received a year of benefits which I didn't. SCAM!
