Gas switchover - Not as planned but turned out ok in the end
Our Gas switchover did not go though as planned due to an issue with Valda the supplier. I contacted my BUR representative Nigel to explain what had happened and he sorted the problem straight away. He got us moved back with our original supplier British Gas on better terms than we had agreed with Valda so I am really pleased. Nigel is great to deal with regarding boring energy contracts as we get inundated by brokers throughout the year. Nice to have this one done and dusted.

Mr Nick Marshall & his colleague Sarah Bowie worked extra hard to resolve the issues i had which was difficult because i had 9 different accounts, all in my name, similar addresses all in Welsh, which made it 10 times more difficult, but they persevered and got there in the end... Happy Days
