brilliant butchers with great ,friendly staff and high quality produce. I usually visit in person ,however, this time I ordered online to ensure the order was available to pick up (and to make it easier for staff at a busy time). Very easy online experience and my order was ready to collect at the agreed time . I was in and out in a couple of minutes. Excellent and very highly recommended.

Bought a voucher for a butchery masterclass, communication was amazing!

The site was easy to navigate, and there was a good range of products.

I messaged James about allergens and he responded within a few hours with the information. I have now placed an order via the website and look forward to trying the chicken cushion on Christmas Day.

Always use this butchers, although used their online ordering system for the first time! easy to use although still had to queue to collect which was the whole point of pre ordering as was short of time. The fish mongers i use has a different door just for collections.

I couldn’t have thanks James for going above and beyond. My husband caught Covid between Christmas and New Year when we were meant to be going away and we had to isolate. We couldn’t get a food delivery and I placed an order thinking it was for two days, but I’d made it for the following week. James not only delivered the next day when they had no availability but managed to deliver all the items we’d ordered! Literally saved our bacon.
