I have bought and loved B&W for decades. The customer service was outstanding. Sadly this is now longer the case, I purchased earring which arrived damaged. I was sent a label to return and another pair of earring, which I neither wanted nor asked for. I returned the original damaged pair boxed in the original small jiffy bag and highlighted the problem. I then received an impertinent call from a cheeky assistant, complaining that I had not included the other boxed pair with the return, they did not fit in the jiffy bag, I did not have a larger bag and I felt I had to return in the original boxed packaging. None of this was my doing and I am unhappy at the rudeness of staff.
