Don't provide important information
"For details of the leasehold, including the length of lease, annual service charge and ground rent, please contact the agent"
They have the information, why not display it for everyone to see, instead of waste my time having to phone up?

This is the third time I've used Butters John Bee and like both previous occasions, Gary and Charlotte and the team have been responsive, helpful, friendly and always ensured the process went as smoothly as possible. I've purchased and sold via BJB, and would recommend them to anyone.

We have recently bought a property near Nantwich
We have recently bought a property near Nantwich from Butters John Bee, the whole team have been totally brilliant. So helpful and so responsive with any questions we have had, as a team they are so professional and knowledgable. They helped secure our purchase and we now have our dream retirement home, we cannot fault them and would highly recommend this team in the Nantwich office to any home buyer or seller.

Mis-selling a property
I recently bought a share in a house in Nantwich. I was assured that there would be a shower screen on the bath and the shower head mounted above the bath. However, this is not the case so don't believe what you see in their brochure or if they show you a similar house as it will not be correct. Myself and my two neighbours were misled and mis-sold the properties, Extremely disappointed and quite angry

Hi Keith, every effort is made to ensure that correct information is given at the time of viewing, however changes to specification items can be made at times by the developer at their discretion. When you viewed the property type you were interested in, we were able to show you round a plot that was built but was sold subject to contract to another buyer. At that point, the specification that you saw was what the developer was including in their build. Unfortunately, due to you buying off plan, the developer changed the specification without informing us. We understand your frustrations and I can assure you that we have not intentionally misled you. If the developer had made us aware of the change in specification, we would have informed you, but unfortunately this was something that was out of our control.

Awful from start to finish
Awful from start to finish, Gary the manager lied about issues with the property and was unhelpful to solve them.

Tarporley/Nantwich enquiry
I recently had enquired about potentially selling my home. Nantwich branch put me in contact with their Tarporley partner Felicity who was great in resourcing the information I needed on my house valuation.
I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for providing me the help I needed.
Thanks,
Luke
