Ordered but it never arrived. Tried to contact them twice but they haven’t responded

Order never arrived. No communication and no response to my emails. Do not order from this company.

Order never arrived, they don’t get back to you via any email address they provide on their website. Disappointing as ordered from them before had no issues and items were great.

The product was not suitable for me and I wanted to return it within the 14day window, but nowhere in the package or online does it give information about how to do this. I emailed to the address online but have received no response. I feel a bit ripped off tbh and feel this company is shirking its legal responsibility for online selling and returns.

Nipple covers did the job and stayed on all day but they really hurt to remove and actually left cuts on my breasts

Love the product, and even when I had a small hiccup I was treated with kindness and priority to deliver my package on time without delays. Thank you!

Update. I have been using these nipple covers for a few weeks now. I am very happy with them. Glad I ordered a second pair. Recommended.

I absolutely love this tape, its works wonders keeping everything in place nice and tight didn’t move one bit I have happy tears🥹
I can’t believe how amazing it is and more than that I can’t believe how late I have introduced buub tape to myself 😭
For ages I have kept avoiding backless dresses bcz of the larger breast I have( when I say large i mean cup E and obviously saggy which makes it like a cup G) and for this reason I couldn’t ever let them free floating 😅.
But buub tape saved me from so many hustle 😩

Great product but 3 days later I still have the imprint of the wavy pattern of the tape on my skin. It held well and was extremely thick/wide which I struggled to find elsewhere.

Quick delivery and absolutely love the body tape can’t believe I haven’t bought it sooner!

I’m disappointed with this bra pad—it’s not what I expected. The shape doesn’t fit well, and it feels a bit heavy. Unfortunately, it’s also not seamless, so it’s quite noticeable under clothes. The adhesive irritated my skin, leaving it red after use. I contacted the store twice by email and sent a message on Instagram, but received no response. The only good thing was the fast delivery, but overall, this product just isn’t right for me, and the customer service has been frustratingly unresponsive.

This tape was soooo good - I’ve used the stick on bras from Nood before but this tape style was a hundred times easier to apply and more effective. Plus it stayed supportive all night. Nood doesn’t do the larger size breast tape so this is great. HOWEVER bun don’t do a removal spray and when I tried to use the removal spray from competitor brand it didn’t work so my skin ripped and cut while some adhesive remained on :/// definitely want to use the product again but would need them to release a removal spray

I’m annoyed that I have had not reply after sending three emails about starting a return. No where on the website does it show you how to do a return and nobody is being helpful.

Tape is good, but videos of how to apply in each way would be more helpful than just a picture of each why.

Quick delivery and brilliant product, I’m an F cup and this tape kept them in place all night and in the heat! No irritation and I’m usually allergic to tape , I forgot It was there ! Excellent highly recommend!

I found the tape to be excellent, it did exactly what it claimed to do. Whilst I didn’t use as much as I might have, due Maily to the fact I didn’t have scissors with me and the penknife on the hotel corkscrew really wasn’t up to the job!

I wore for longer than the suggested time (it was an afternoon wedding and evening reception) and it was a hot day. Everything remained in place and was actually very comfortable.

Removing the tape slowly, whilst not entirely comfortable was easily done and only a very slight redness which disappeared overnight. Nipple covers were less comfortable to remove since I am very sensitive, and I realised I hadn’t placed them carefully enough.

I will definitely be using the tape as a solution, it does the job very well. Personally, I am a 34DD, I will use the least amount I feel I can get away with to avoid too much discomfort when removing.
