I asked to cancel the order and the supplier refused to do so, even though it is in their refund policy.

Wheels don’t work very well only turns on one side the box. Also very loud while moving, if you don’t want to draw attention and also want the possibility of fitting into most vehicles, don’t recommend. Also the wheel storage is an afterthought, simply held by velcros.

Love my Ventoux. US airlines are notoriously rough on luggage. On a tecent trip, the box was a little beaten up, but my expensive bike was safe and sound. I also got a lot of compliments from other cyclists who were traveling!

I ordered a bike box well in advance to make sure it would arrive on time for my trip. Unfortunately, the item was shipped extremely late and only dispatched at very short notice.
As a result, it did not arrive in time, and I was unable to take my bike with me as planned. This caused significant inconvenience and completely disrupted my travel plans.
Very disappointing experience, especially considering the importance of timely delivery for travel-related equipment.
I hope the company improves their logistics and communication in the future.

The box is amazing, yes it’s quite big but I don’t need to do anything to my bike but take the wheels off and lower the seat. Service was great, arrived in just 10 days after I ordered it.
