So NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! They accept your order & payment, then promptly send you a "tracking number" telling you that your order has been sent - problem is, the tracking number is fake & your order has NOT BEEN SENT!!! They must all be connected, I have been let down by THREE sites trying to buy backdrops & TWO of them blatantly lie having Australian websites but are STILL IN CHINA!

I ordered 2 8'x8' backdrops on the 13th September, they arrived today (24th September)..
I was getting worried after reading previous reviews and that it came from china..
I couldn't be happier with them.
Exactly what I wanted and ordered, spot on colouring, no streaks or stains and good quality, better than I expected.
Great value for money

DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!, you never get your order and the so called tracking is in Chinese and their customer service is a big fat ZERO! 😡

please do not buy from this company. they are from china with no customer service and send you stained backdrop. they told me the stain would come out. but it didn't. why should i waste my time washing something that arrived stained anyway. wasting my time. the stains do not come out. they try and offered me $15 refund. if i return it, i have to pay for postage. also i dont trust them. if i do send it back, they may pretend to not have recevied the return. do not trust this site.

What a pile of rubbish!
I got three "Backdrops" which are basically fabric offcuts that even have the pen marks on. Complete waste of money. 100% Misleading website, absolute trash. I am even embarrassed to have fallen and bought such rubbish. I cant use that crap to go to a picknic let alone run a photoshoot, I can only use them in case someone poops on my carpet I need to clean it up with some other rubbish

Didn't receive my order. Wish I had checked the reviews first. Appalling customer service. They don't reply to emails. Avoid at all costs!

If I could have given ZERO stars I would have. With the lockdown and pandemic going on right now I couldn't have photos done for my daughters first birthday so I decided to order two backdrops. I never received a code to track.. and then had to email them a week later for it.. when I followed the link everything is in Chinese and you cannot translate. I asked about the status.. now keep in mind I ordered on April 13 and 14 ( yes I made not one but two orders) and I still have not received the items. Everytime I send an email I get it needs a few more days.. it needs a few more days but the tracking site hasn't changed or been active at all. Complete scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I will be contacting my bank to have the money returned to me as this company is awful.

ZERO customer service ! The email on the website is fake and not in service and the live chat is also fake. You get an email from someone claiming to work there and is absolutely useless as well.

ordered then wished i hadnt after seeing the reviews but for the price it isnt bad - great for a party prop rather than a professional photo shoot - arrived in pretty good time too

Please do not buy from this company. They will take you money and don't reply back. Backdrops were different and faded.Contacted bella and she was rude and even after long email back and forth they were no taking item back. Contacted paypal and created case and send item back and somehow they did Not accept Returned Parcel and was sent back. Paypal rejected my claim as it was actually not returned to seller, though tracking details says it was refused. would have Lost my shipping cost $50 as well but was covered with Postage return from Paypal. Disgusting. SCAMMER

BEWARE ITS FRAUD- SCAM
Color Different- Pattern Wrong
Bought 6 Backdrop- All colour different than the photos advertised. 2 Backdrop had the photo Stretched and Pattern different. Not willing to take back at all as i wanted to send back. Waste of Money.

Genuine fraud. I cant believe it. Im not someone who writes reviews, but Im here to tell anyone thats contemplating on ordering; dont. Quality is a 1/10 and not vinyl AT ALL. I wish i read the reviews before ordering.

I made an enquiry via email, which was answered promptly and to my satisfaction. I placed an order for 2 backdrops and having read the reviews I waited with my fingers crossed.
I had an email with tracking details 2 days after I placed the order and the items arrived 10 days later.
The backdrops are fantastic, yes, some creases which have come out with a wet towel and cool iron.
Many people only leave feedback when there is an issue, which skews the review scores. I for one am very happy with everything and look forward to orderding more.

Ordered two backdrops, still hadn't received confirmation nine days later. They said without asking my order details, that they would send it out next week! They said they will refund as they didn't actually even have the products.

Purchased two backdrops. They were printed on old material so the front was peach (which i ordered) but the back had football helmets all over it which you can see right through. They were also stained and dirty, and they just told me to "wash them" and refused to give a refund. Terrible terrible company, complete scam. Worst quality products I have ever ordered online, but the customer service is somehow even WORSE.

Update: since posting this the company began sending unprofessional emails demanding I delete this review. They told me they will not ever give a refund unless I delete this first. They sent a series of 6 emails and then once I told them I won’t do that, and told them they need to Make it right first and then I’ll consider changing my review. At that point they began denying the products are even theirs. (This is after I took and provided 10 photos and videos all of which show their unique code). I am shocked with their in professionalism. Always read reviews before you purchase. Many of the bad ones get deleted because of behaviour like this...they bully customers and refuse refunds if you give a bad review even when they are fully in the wrong.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered quite a few different products through this company and when they arrived the quality was terrible. I purchased the more expensive versions that were supposed be crease-free and they had deep creases making them unusable. In addition, the printing was pixelated so could never be used for photo shoots.

This company pretends to be UK based but it is NOT!!! It is in China, so I also got a customs bill for around 23 pounds that I was not expecting.

I complained and requested a refund and Buy Backdrops refused to do anything so I had to escalate the claim via PayPal.

PayPal eventually agreed a refund would be issued if I returned the backdrops, which I did following all the guidelines and uploaded documents proving this to PayPal as requested. The postage fee was over £50 but I decided it was better than losing all the money and get some back. I was WRONG! Buy backdrops refused to accept delivery of the package and refused to provide customs documents. Therefore customs destroyed the package.

I contact buy backdrops forwarding them the information from the delivery company and asked them why they refused to accept delivery and they pretended they knew nothing about it and denied this even though I attached proof to the email.

I informed PayPal and said I have proof from the carrier however my claim was denied because they said they only paid out if the package was returned. What a joke! PayPal don't support their customers instead they support con artists.

Not only are the products and services provide by Buy Backdrops crap, they also made me spend an extra £50 returning goods they had no intention of accepting! Bringing the total money I have lost to over £200!

Do not trust this company!

The positives:
A backdrop arrived 9 days after ordering it.

The negatives:
Ordered the thin vinyl, but delivered polyester.

1. Where it's folded the print has come off, so white lines vertically and horizontally.

2. What look like drops of oily liquid across the whole fabric.

3. Totally different colour/design to the one on the website.

Have emailed and awaiting a response from the seller.

Pay more elsewhere and actually get something you can use.

I ordered a grey backdrop and it looks purple. The shipping took more than a month and I had to message several times to get a response. It came from China and I firmly believe their representative "Bella" isn't even a legit person.

I ordered 6 polyester and 2 vinyl backdrops. I paid extra for express shipping to get them before Christmas. My only issue was it took them a week to ship the package even though it said it was ready to ship 2 days after placing the order. I received everything that I ordered 4 days after it shipped, within the 3 - 5 day express window. All of my backdrops are beautiful and bright and I am so excited to use them. I set up a small shoot this past weekend with family to test them. I haven't processed the photos yet but so far am extremely happy with purchase.
