Purchased a WIFI booster, Booster would not connect, asked for a refund and they offered me 25%.
They also state that the Item was being sent from china, utter b#''llocks this is only because they try and give you a china address to put you off sending it back.

The plug mounted heater arrived in a flimsy box that looked like it had been kicked down the road. No external damage showing on the product. When used the grill on the front got so hot you can not touch it. Returning the product you are given an address in China. I've only been able to track it leaving Chinese customs. For the refund I was offered a deal of, refund minus the re-stocking cost and I pay for the return. There is little chance of getting any money back. After purchasing this, I found the product cheaper on other sites. This company misleads people out of their hard earned money and know you will give up as they appear untouchable. They make no effort in trying to resolve the issue other than send emails for you to do all the work.

rubbish obis heaters are rubbish can not get refund

I purchased 2 x remote floor cleaners pre Christmas and the courier lost them , I have emails buy-tech on 5 occasions asking for them to resolve this directly with HERMES but no replies to my email. Avoid this company as they do not deal with missing equipment.

Ordered a Chronos Pro Heater. I was sent a cheap counter top heater. Was offered 15% then 40% discount, or return to their address in China for a full refund!
Put a claim through Paypal, Buy Tech informed me that they couldn’t refund until i cancelled the claim (Liars) NEVER do this!! Escalated the claim and received a full refund through paypal.

Purchased a Robot Hoover cheap plastic does not even move on my carpets... I am trying to email to return, they are just ignoring my emails absolutely shocking !!!
I only have 14 days to return,

Caveat emptor! Robot vacuum a piece of plastic junk. It does not compare with what was advertised. It does not pick up even the smallest particles from our hardwood floors. It does not work at all on carpeting. You get what you pay for. Do not waste your money on this cheap product, even at the cheap price. I filed a complaint with PayPal, because it did not come after a month. The company responded to PayPal and the vacuum came within a few days. I will not spent a dime to return it to Spain or wherever it came from. The packaging says it came from “Sesame Street” Franklin Park, Illinois. I guess that’s why it works like a toy. I guess I’ll use it as a cat toy! I am still requesting a refund. I will let my complaint stand. Hopefully PayPal can get me a refund.

Bought a WirelessN WiFi repeater from them. Did not work and no support

Simply a company buying old goods and then rebranding. I received a faulty tracker and false invoice saying they had refunded me - then a 35% discount which also does not exist. STAY CLEAR

If I could put zero stars I would. Bought robot vacuum what a piece of junk, didn't work, not surprised like a cheap toy. Promised partial refund but that didn't happen complained to Paypal and raised an issue but nothing happened there also. This firm "Buy-Tech" is a thoroughly dishonest scam firm. Do not buy from them beware you will lose your money

Annoyed!!! I bought an Orbis Heater and was disappointed in the product. Despite the guarantee they are ignoring me when I ask for a refund.

Buy tech robotic vacuum - avoid. It's a plastic piece of junk. They wait to answer your email till it's past the time you are in the grace period of returns. There was no way for me to comment to individuals - just dispute it with your credit card. NP, use your unreponded emails as evidence. My cc company handled the dispute for me. They ask buy tech to respond. I'm sure they won't. They broke all the rules, I didn't. I too got 2 answers from the mysterious "Paula" . I'm sure the name is not Paula. That's just for us. Call your credit card and tell them you want to dispute the charge. It works. Just waiting to see if they will require me to return it. I'm not returning it to China. This piece of junk came out of a warehouse in LA. I did look at reviews before hand but they were certainly staged. Good Luck

Scam. Stay away. I bought a robot vacuum cleaner and it is a toy. Would not respond to the email for return.

Just bought blue tooth ear phones. They have come unbranded - cannot find instructions - no email re payment etc. No contact. Thank goodness I didn't pay too much. Stick to Amazon, at least good contact,

Not even worth 1 star - can't get a refund for a very sub-standard product. They should be banned from advertising online.

They are a scam! They will not stand behind the product warranty and instead they promise a refund that never comes.

Didn't want to give these scam artists any stars have emailed them countless times about a refund still haven't received it after six weeks of them sorting it out immediately

Product absolute rubbish. Was offered a 25% refund which increased to 85% ….all crap….refund appeared as pending in my account but disappeared the next day. Constant messages implying my bank is at fault when obviously Buytech’s account doesn’t have the funds to cover refunds. Total rip-off the whole business….shonky, knockoff products, shonky business.

Do not BUY from this awful company. Ordered air pods over a month ago which have not arrived. Chased and replied to emails sent 6 times as they are asking for a shipping address which I have given them numerous times..... arrgghhhh so frustrating.... I will be seeking legal advice
