From initially ordering to collecting the beam every thing went to plan without any problems.The finished item with the drilled holes & red oxide paint finish was perfect.On collection the team at buy a beam were very helpful, cant fault them. Overall a great experience .

I received a txt message about 6-40am the morning of delivery saying my two beams would be delivered about 7-40am that morning.I rang the mobile number from the txt message explaining the soonest I could get there was 8am.When I arrived at 8am both beams were left on the driveway next to the skip and a scrap man was in the process of helping himself to them.
Not good delivery service and not enough notice for me to get to the address to meet the driver for delivery.
If these beams had been stolen who would have been responsible to replace them.??
One hour notice to take a delivery in my opinion is not enough time.

Whilst the ordering of the Beam was straightforward enough,The delivery was a day late and when queried by my husband, he found the gentleman on the phone to be abrupt and condescending. When they still had not arrived the following day, I called and spoke to same gentleman and I also found him to be dismissive. He should be there… well he’s not, he left at 730am, he should be there… well he’s not.
In the end the gentleman who delivered the beams were polite and helpful but the guy on the phone would put us off using your service again.

The quality of the beam is great, the price seems right and primed to a good standard. I would have given more stars but the delivery communication was poor.
