The big box did not quite fit my medium sized frame as need to take the front wheel and pedals off for it to fit. Postage service really efficient. Customer service excellent.
An item was missing from the order but they have quick and effective customer service and they sent it next day. Overall very pleased, only four star because of the missing item.
Pippa was exceptionally helpful and very prompt with actions and replies. Strongly recommend and would use again without reservation. Thank you.

Goods were never delivered and promised…
Goods were never delivered and promised refund never happened. I had to resort to my credit card provider to take up my case. I am still waiting for a resolution and have been considerably inconvenienced. My advice is avoid

Box is not exactly strong
Box is not exactly strong. Box arrived damaged but I was able to patch it up with gaffs tape. Took two days to get here. Updates on courier website were totally unreliable. Time will tell if the bike arrives in France in one piece.

Box was well priced and was delivered…
Box was well priced and was delivered within a couple of days. Easily fitted the adult MTB with one of the wheels removed and made it on the plane with no issues.
