I bought a server and paid an extra $ 5 for more speed (10GB) to surprise me with a weak device after more than 4 hours of ordering, so I wrote to them to find out why , I did not receive any response, and when I opened a dispute Through Paypal, they responded to my message with a threat, as if I am not a customer and returned the money, and this is evidence that they do not have a good service, because if there was a defect they would have fixed it, and for this they returned the money directly and closed my account, I advise everyone to stay away from this company, it is not the source of the devices and you will not get a good device from them as the support is very slow and does not respect customers

You have placed an order for USA RDP with an addon of 10Gbps(for an additional $5), Your service was promptly activated, and details are delivered.
You ere expecting a speed test of 10Gbps on your server, so you opened a ticket with the following line:
"Hello,
i made order for rdp + 10GB speed
but the connection its not like that
please fix it or refund
thank you

We failed to reply to you in 4 hours, and you have opened a dispute on PayPal.
Kindly note in the ticket you have mentioned the refund already.
As per our policy, if a client opens a dispute on PayPal, it is a clear violation of our policy and terms of services. We have the right not to provide any services in the future. We had refunded your money, and our response for your reply was as follows:

Now I am explaining the issue here:
You can not expect to get 10Gbps result on the speedtest.net. To check the full capacity of a server, you need to choose carefully the speed test server which can support the speed of 10Gbps. On our server, users easily get 1200-2000Mbps in the speed test with the Dallas location. Do not expect to get the optimum result when choosing a wrong location in the speedtest server.

These guys reply to support tickets very quickly. Their systems are always working and of great quality for the price. I work remotely from home in the USA, but using their systems I pay 20$ a month and have a "computer" with my state IP that I can work from and my employer doesn't know the difference if I am in Florida or Europe. I travel and its all fine and dandy. :)
If you want a computer for professional purposes these guys know their stuff. I would definitely recommend using them to a friend if asked.

Would not recommend purchasing the residential servers…
Would not recommend purchasing servers from here, especially if you are interested in purchasing the "residential RDP's".
The so called residential VPS I received from this service had a datacenter IP address attached to it & was detected as a VPN/Proxy by multiple websites I tested it on.
While my experience with the residential VPS was terrible, that does not mean the rest of the service is bad. However, if you are considering purchasing any of the other services on their website, you should probably consider using a different provider.

There must be some misunderstanding in the Order. Our normal USA RDP is datacenter IP and only Residential RDP or Dating RDP plans comes with the residential IP. Kinldy contact the support and we will assist you moving to the Residential RDP plan.

It is the worst support that I have seen in a long time, it is the 4th time that my VPS does not work losing work days and as if that were not enough, they do not return the days lost due to its poor support. I do not recommend them EVER

There was a delay in response but your issue was promptly solved. Kindly note you do not have any SLA with us and also it was an internal issue was with your particular VPS and not the host node. Our tech team was able to promptly resolve the issue.
