High quality packaging materials
The quality of the materials and print for the gift boxes we ordered for our drinks business was great, with a really premium feel. Adam was very attentive to the sizes and design details based on our can sizes. He was always available and communicative. The delivery is relatively fast as well.
The only downside was that the delivery location was not double-checked with us before the first delivery.
I'd recommend the company for reliable, high-quality products and service.

I honestly cannot recommend Adam and his team highly enough.
What started as an idea that existed almost entirely in my head has been transformed into something far beyond what I ever imagined possible. The whole experience has been nothing short of a miracle.
Adam and his team are an exceptionally talented group of people. From the very beginning, they took the time to understand my vision, even when I was probably struggling to put it into words myself! They somehow managed to take those ideas and turn them into beautiful, professional product packaging that I am genuinely incredibly proud of.
What impressed me most was the level of care, patience and attention to detail throughout the entire process. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Adam made sure I was completely happy with every single stage before anything was committed to print- right down to the tiniest details and before a single letter was printed onto the packaging.
There was never any feeling of being rushed or pushed into accepting something. Instead, I felt listened to, valued and genuinely involved in the creative process from start to finish.
The finished result is something I could never have achieved on my own. They have taken a vision that started in my imagination and brought it to life in a way that has completely exceeded my expectations.
A fantastic team of genuinely talented individuals, backed up by outstanding customer service and an incredible attention to detail.
Adam and the team, thank you. You have been absolutely brilliant, and I could not be happier with what you have created. I would recommend you without hesitation to anyone looking for exceptional design, packaging and customer service.

Whilst the messages from them were polite and courteous, they lacked the direct and meaningful replies I needed. Many replies in and I still didn't get anywhere. I was asked for the same information several times. I asked for a plain sample and was told they would send a video to cut down the wait time. Only to send me a grainy video of totally different bags. I won't be dealing with them.

Hi John,
We’re sorry that you felt your enquiry was not progressing. Having reviewed the complete correspondence, we would like to clarify the support provided.
After you selected the 12 × 20 × 7 cm pouch size, our team supplied pricing and answered your questions regarding the standard 110–120-micron material, silver interior, external metallised material, free matte or gloss lamination, raised spot UV charges and multiple designs.
Your supplied files contained three artworks prepared using a different-sized template. We therefore reconfirmed the quantities, finishes and same final size across all three SKUs to prevent quotation or manufacturing errors. Revised prices for 1,020 and 1,500 pouches were then provided.
When you requested a sample, our team explained that physical samples involve additional production, courier costs and waiting time. The video shared showed general examples from our production team to demonstrate material and manufacturing quality; it was not an exact custom-produced sample of your three artworks. Free flat and 3D digital proofing was also offered. We regret that this distinction was not sufficiently clear.
We respect your decision not to proceed, but remain confident that our team responded politely and provided detailed pricing and technical guidance throughout your enquiry.
Kind regards,
Buy Packaging Boxes

Excellent product and exceptional customer support
I had a great experience working with Buy Packaging Boxes for my postcard/card game boxes. The quality of the final product is excellent, and the whole process felt smooth and well supported.
A special thank you to Alex, who was incredibly helpful during the design phase — always responsive, patient, and full of useful advice that really made a difference.
I also want to highlight Adam, who stepped in when there was a major issue with the courier (DPD lost the parcel just before an important event). It was a stressful situation, but Adam handled it quickly and professionally, offering solutions straight away and resolving the problem efficiently.
Really impressed with both the product and the level of customer service. I’d definitely work with them again and highly recommend them.

Amazing service and products!
We ordered a small bulk order from Buy Packaging Boxes who were attentive from the start. We mostly dealt with Alex, who handled our queries and requests very well. We used the recycled milk cartons to create bird feeders with children at one of our lovely care homes. The BPB team were even happy to include a couple of windows for our cartons as well as holes for them to be hung up, which was great. Thanks again and when we need more we will be back!
