Do not buy from this company!!! 3 months waiting for delivery still not coming. They don't answer on email. As someone say on ebay you can get same product for half price. Just the shame they still cheat people

I wish I did not have to give a star even one is good not sure where my last review went but I posted a week ago awaiting on product to arrive order early for a birthday present never arrived... there don’t answer emails back to you TOTAL SCAMMERS stay away. In the hands of PayPal I will place a review every week till I get refund.

Absolutely rubbish do not buy from theese con artist I received a product that I paid 180 pound for honestly it looks like it’s worth 5 pounds I wasn’t able to get a refund because the item wasn’t damaged .. for that money you should have the option to return if your not satisfied but this doesn’t come under there returns policy absolute scam

I really wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered. Echo what a lot of other people have said. Was a present for my niece - ordered 2 weeks before her birthday but the presents arrived well after her actual date. Arrived in two separate packages on different dates, poorly wrapped and the cheapest looking gifts i've ever seen. Ending up having to throw the cheap tat away and get something else. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I ordered a pack of 3 remote control electric candles. Received a box of electric night lights instead at half the value. They have not replied to repeated emails, and i am now trying to recover my cost through my credit card.

IT IS A SCAM - I ordered binoculars - weeks and weeks ago. No reply to emails, nothing - no support email address. Clearly their reviews are a hoax and because their website is fairly convincing they are getting away with criminal behaviour. DON't GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

I ordered gym equipment after 20 minute want to cancel it won't let me, emailed them I have been told your order is already processed its on the way, 2 months is gone, didn't turned up. Hi guys after reading all the reviews on here I assumed it was a scam like everyone else mostly due to the lack of information.

However, the day after a logged a dispute with my bank about this transaction - the resistance bands I ordered arrived.

To be fair they seem a pretty good product for the price but have yet to stand the test of time. Feel a bit embarrassed assuming this was a scam and logging a complaint.

JUST TO BE CLEAR THIS IS NOT A SCAM COMPANY THEY ARE JUST HAVING DELAYS DUE TO COVID 19. Although I agree the poor communication was not excusable so I will give them a 3.

Same as everyone else. Complete scamming b******s. Ordered at the beginning of April resistance bands. Nothing. No replies to emails. Any good reviews on this regarding customer support must be fake. No number to actually speak to anyone. In process of reporting to watchdog

It's funny how this company has time to report all their negative reviewers to Trust Pilot for allegedly "breaching guidelines", but yet have NO TIME to actually respond to the people that have paid them for products that HAVE NOT TURNED UP.

Though it was a very poor experience,
RC car has finally arrived, not what I expected, packaged in polystyrene with no external box or instructions, very cheaply made in China, certainly not worth £63, bought an alternative from amazon for £106 and the difference between the two is astronomical, will not be dealing with this company again, BE CAREFUL if you intend to purchase.

Originally I posted that it was a scam as it took really long to arrive plus no replies from customer service.

To my surprise they turned up the other day! Still a pretty shoddy experience.

I purchased exercise equipment at the start of April, after a few weeks I chased up my order and was provided with a tracking number which does not work. Since then I have chased up by email and no response at all. This customer service is awful, my account was debited at the start of April and still no goods.

I would like to report this website buysimple.co.uk as a fraud. This company was selling some exercise equipment, which I bought for £30. Since then there is no update regarding the delivery of the order. I have been writing to the customer support email but there is no response. There is no telephone number on their website and the physical addresses mentioned are fake.
Please be careful.
