In 2017, BuySnacksUK emerged from the verdant landscapes of Kent, with a simple mission: to bring high-quality snack foods and bakery products to every corner of the UK. Our beginning started by reaching out to local businesses, supplying them with the best deals on delectable snack products. The community in Kent embraced our passion, propelling us onto bigger platforms. Now, we're embarking on a new adventure, venturing into the independent online market, where we hope to be closer to our valued customers than ever before. At BuySnacksUK, we celebrate variety. From the timeless allure of well-known snack brands to the exciting flavours of emerging names, we've got it all. Our shelves are lined with both the indulgent treats that take you down memory lane and the healthy, vegan options that cater to a conscious lifestyle. Because for us, snacking isn't just about satisfying a craving; it's about choice, balance, and most importantly, enjoyment. Whether you're looking for a nostalgic bite or a healthy nibble, we invite you to explore our diverse range. After all, at BuySnacksUK, there's something for every palate, and every snack tells a story.

Reasonably priced products
Reasonably priced products and a quick and reliable delivery service are a recipe for successful businesses. Although I have only made 3 purchases (Huel drinks), my experience to date has been very positive and I anticipate making making more purchases in the future.

delivered to the wrong house and retailer ignored my request for help.
My package was dispatched promptly but delivered (by amazon) to some random house with a different number and street name 400 yards away. pictured as being left by a front door which was not mine. it took some detective work and visiting a lot of doors to find it.
I messaged the retailer but was completely ignored.
I recognise that delivery mistakes may happen even though you would think reading the address label would be a relatively easy task.
Im really disappointed with the after sales service. therefore will not be using this retailer again.

Hi David
Thank you for your feedback, and we're truly sorry to hear about your experience.
While delivery mistakes can occasionally happen, especially when handled by third-party couriers like Amazon, we always aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. We’re particularly concerned to hear you felt ignored, as we’ve checked our records and couldn’t find any message or email from you. If you did try to contact us, it may not have come through, and we sincerely apologise for any frustration this caused.
Please know that we would never leave a customer without their product or a full refund. If you ever experience an issue, our team is here to help – you can reach us directly at info@buysnacksuk.com and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
We genuinely value every customer and hope you might give us the opportunity to restore your trust.
Kind regards,
The Buy Snacks UK Team
