I saw an ad for the drain cleaner so decided to buy one so went for one and one only at £12.49 then more stuff flashed up so thought ok will order a second cleaner at £7.49 then more stuff kept popping up and I clicked at the bottom of each one that I did not want it so I fully expected to pay £19.98 plus whatever the postage would be which wasn't mentioned. I then received an email detailing my order and was horrified to find I had been charged for items I had not ordered or seen. 1 x Drain cleaner + shipping protection no mention when ordering of any shipping protection. 1 x Drain cleaner £7.49 and 1 x Mold Provention Bag £15.99 which I had never seen much less ordered and 1 x Drain Strainer £11.99 and again which I had never seen much less ordered . Finally shipping and handling £4.99 no mention of that when ordering. So I immediately emailed the company and told them it was a scam and I didn't order this and I received an answer there was no mention of the fact I didn't order some of this only that it normally takes an hour to pack and despatch and they would see if they could cancel it . I then received an email from Victor who again didn't mention the fact I didn't order some of it only that it had been packed and despatched .I then emailed him telling him he was a liar and asking how could it be packed and despatched within 10 minutes of me ordering 2 items and he replied if it is popular it will be packaged already and all that is required is a shipping label to be attached. He then sent another email to say why didn't I just try it and he would extend the warranty by three days and I told him no. I repeatedly told him on each email I sent him and answered his that I was notifying my bank it was fraud. He didn't dispute it at all on the occasions when I wrote it was a fraud in fact he didn't answer at all so his last email was he would try to stop it being shipped and I should give them 1-3 days so I replied no it was being reported as fraud. I had already from the beginning tried to report it on my banking app but I can't because the money is pending and once it is cleared I can then dispute the transactions. I had a look on their site and they are based in Lithuania but the goods are shipped from China. Any dealings I have had with goods being shipped from China has always turned out an unmitigated disaster cheap nasty made rubbish and having to deal with people whose command of English is extremely poor and constantly having to fight to get reimbursed. I am a pensioner and this money pending was to be used for bills not for things I had not ordered. Avoid this company like the plague they are scam artists

I have marked as 5 star due to the excellent communication and support that I have experienced from the team -- very friendly, professional and supportive.
I must however say, please be aware of the delivery time which took far longer than I anticipated.

BEWARE - This is a SCAM website. I tried to order 7 bottles at £6.99 = £48.93. I was charged £102.93 in my bank account. DO NOT USE - YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!

THe emails I have been sent have been pleasant and helpful but I need to return the product as it won’t do the job required and I am waiting instructions
.I wasn’t happy but accepted a 50% refund as they clearly didn’t want me to return the product for which I have no use.

Customer service was good . Prompt replies to my queries . Had doubts as to suitability once I'd received the items . So requested refund .

I object to aggressive up selling tactics. If I want something I will buy it. Your practice is extremely annoying and unwanted

I ordered from this company thinking they were UK based, needing the drain cleaner pretty quickly. Still waiting nearly 2 weeks later, found out it’s been sent from China. I tried to cancel order and get refund within a day of ordering but obviously they say it’s too late even though it wasn’t sent out. If I want to send back now, will have to pay high postage fees.
Be aware.

Fast ordering process hopefully product works just as fast.

It was simple to order and it was a good deal. I have great hopes of it working because I have a bathtub that slowly drains and I have a sink that does the same thing so if it works I'm going to be over the moon and happy

looks to have good product, as far the company they seem a little pushy on selling other product.

My experience was alright. Didn't know what to expect. This order was created by mistake.
