I have shopped many mail order services but I keep coming back to BWP. The quality is amazing and the prices are fair. I am currently enjoying the Tangerine Haze more than I should. It is hands down the most pleasant smelling product I have ever smoked.
I know it is not the norm, but the THIRD time (in a row) that I have received my order on the NEXT day.

Right off the top I have to say with great confidence this is indeed wholesale pricing on offer here, so top marks here. Second is the exceptional variety of product offerings available, top marks once again. Third is the prompt order processing once your payment has been processed, also no complaints on my side.
Where I've been disappointed however has been with my expectations given what is outlined in the product descriptions and photos verses what I actually receive. My last order was of poor quality, but given the low prices...

I have ordered from dozens of MOM sites over the years, and I have to say that this place stands out among the rest.

Shipping across the country only takes 2-3 business days, and orders are usually processed within 24 hours (unless over the weekend or on a holiday). Which means that ordering from this location, even being a few provinces away, your order will arrive to your door faster than ordering it from the government for delivery.

Pricing vs. quality just can't be beat. No matter what type of product you buy, you can rest assured you are getting quality, no matter what the price. I once placed an order where the two batches of budget product I got were weak, and they immediately processed a return. I was then able to use that towards a bulk order, ultimately ending up with a large amount of really strong product with a reduction in price.

As per above, customer support is top notch. They respond quickly and are courteous to answer any questions you may have. They have a professionalism often missing with most mail order sites.

And this deserves its own paragraph. They offer free shipping over a very reasonable amount! Any other mail order site I have ordered from always charges shipping, no matter what amount you spend. Just an additional plus for this company!

Fast delivery and great deals. Very professional from the start of the order until it arrived 3 days later. Quality of the bud I ordered was excellent.

Took multiple days to get my order sent out and get a tracking number, they gave me a free edible for the delay but did not send out the rest of my order. They guys have gone way down hill since last year, poor customer service takes they 2 or 3 days to respond to emails its ridiculous.

Ordered alot of product from them they was great. But in June Spencer vanished, and they jacked the price of shatter by 30 dollars a half ounce. (2 dollars more a gram) same product as before...unless you grab one of the molasses looking shatters. The price on wholesale pot has done nothing but drop since in the real world, So there is no real reason for the increase other than the obvious.
Lost a good chunk of revenue just from me. And I'm sure I'm far from alone.
