I was tricked into making an order through email. My package was never sent. I had to hound them for nearly a week for a tracking number that was made up. Had to hound them again for a refund or replacement package. I ordered on the 1st of October. Was told they had tracking, but had to find it. Then found the package was never sent to begin with. It took me nearly 2 weeks to get any sort of replacement. They sent me a second package. The real one. And refunded me 50% of my funds. Later contacted me and sorted it out. Just don't make orders off the site. Make orders on the site, with your account. So that they are all tracked, and accounted for. Off site ordering was a huge mistake.

Yo this is so legit like udek I got everything I asked for and straight up blew me away when I opened it not at all what I was expecting infact even better then the pictures and everything was on point of not more lol like. I. Am Never shopping anywhere else. Amazing customer service as well very patient and understanding you guys really did it this time like wow this stuff is amazing thank you for the free gifts as well. Everything is always top of line and great in terms of quality of product, it’s just the packaging , I order in bulk yet I still get sent dozens of ounce bags (crappy Mylar bags) if you order 4+Oz it should come in 1 sealed bag.

They forgot one thing in my order and I contacted them yesterday about it and they already have it sent and on its way!
