Blackwater Property Invesmtent Ltd  Opiniones

I’ve been working with Daniel for a number years now and his work, organisation, professionalism and total project management of each job is fantastic. I hope to continue working with him for many years to come.

From project start to completion of their work, Daniel and Blackwater’s communication was of the highest professional standard with prompt follow up always provided re: site visits, job quotation and scheduling of work.

Daniel and the team transformed separate bedroom and storage room spaces into a new master bedroom suite with a walk in wardrobe alcove. Demolition, electrical and plastering work was all completed in a timely fashion with a fantastic finish.

Daniel was flexible in accommodating my needs for this project based on my location and always left the house clean after a days work! I will definitely be recommending Blackwater to my friends.

I recently hired BlackWater Property Investment LTD to upgrade my utility room, which included properly securing a gas boiler that had previously not been fixed correctly, reworking all associated connections, and bringing the entire setup up to a much higher standard both technically and aesthetically.
Before starting the project, I showed them an AI-generated concept of how I envisioned the final result, just to understand whether that level of finish was realistically achievable. I was genuinely impressed with how closely they managed to deliver on that vision. The transformation is significant.
Daniel, who led the work, was excellent throughout the entire process. Professional, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and clearly committed to doing the job properly rather than cutting corners. The boiler is now securely fixed, all connections have been redone cleanly and correctly, and the overall space looks safe, compliant, and well-finished.
What really stood out was the balance between technical competence and attention to visual detail — the job was not only done right, but done properly.
I would confidently recommend BlackWater Property Investment LTD and will definitely consider them again for future renovation projects.

I would highly recommend Daniel, Bharath and the team
at Blackwater Property Investments Ltd for any remodelling or renovation work you may be considering. They recently completed a full remodel of our bathroom, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, Daniel, Bharath & all the Blackwater team demonstrated professionalism, clear communication, and a strong attention to detail.
Not only was the work completed on time and within budget, but the craftsmanship and quality of the materials used exceeded our expectations. Daniel & his team were respectful of our home, kept the workspace clean, and made the entire process as stress-free as possible.
I would not hesitate to hire Daniel, Bharath & the team at Blackwater again for future projects and wholeheartedly recommend Blackwater to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled professional for their home needs.

I employed Daniel Crowley at Blackwater Property Investment Ltd in May 2025 as I required three new walls to be built as I wanted to change my window size in several areas of my home.

I really appreciated his professional attention to detail as he also repaired several other areas of wall that needed improvement.
Daniel provided clear quotes and completed the job on time. He kept me informed at all times so I knew exactly what was happening each day. As a result I am very happy to recommend Daniel Crowley and his team to anyone who needs home improvement work done.

We have had Daniel and his crew out for 2 projects over the past year and they were fantastic for both. Excellent communication, worked great with our other contractor, and wonderful quality of work. Will definitely call them again for future projects.

Brilliant company to deal with. Everything completed to the highest standard and delivered in budget.

Ability@Work have recently collaborated with Blackwater Property Investments on the hiring of an individual with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Daniel and the team ensured that the integration process was smooth and from the outset were welcoming and made it a priority to ensure that David felt comfortable in his role. Daniel not only provided the necessary accommodations but also fostered a supportive environment for David to thrive.
Highly recommend Blackwater Property Investments for their progressive hiring practices.

Blackwater Property refurbed my bathroom recently. They were excellent from the go. The outcome was fantastic and I now have modern sparkling bathroom! Top class service and would highly recommend.

Dan and his team took all the stress out of everything. For years I've struggled to find reliable trades but knowing Dan had an eye over everything was just so good. The finishes were spot on, every detail taken care of and any hiccups (with other people!) swiftly dealt with no drama. Thanks Dan for making my dream kitchen possible!

Back in Jan last year we contacted Daniel from Blackwater Property Investments Ltd l about doing an extensive refurbishment on our retail unit on 65 Patrick Street.

It needed to be completely gutted and pretty much start from scratch with a shell of a unit. No major works had been done in over 30 years and the unit needed to be brought up to current regulations.
Daniel was brilliant to deal with. He guided us through the phases stage by stage. It was a complex job and there were several structural issues which we discovered as the job progressed.

Blackwater Property Investments Ltd expertise and attention to detail ensured that every aspect of the build so far has been meticulously taken care of, whilst the teams friendly and helpful approach made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.

Their prompt responses and proactive communication kept us informed at every stage, and they went going above and beyond to get the job done asap.

Thanks to their hard work and dedication, I am sure we will let the building very shortly.

To say I’m happy with the service and the new office would be an understatement, CSA Personnel Consultants would highly recommend Daniel Crowley of Blackwater Property Investments Ltd
