This company is a scam. Never received the order or a refund. And of course no replies to my emails regaring order/refund. But when I tried asking about a different product, they quickly replied.

If no stars was an option. Flimsy metals terrible suction. This product is a waste of money. The speed bag pops off the wall nearly hits you in the face every time the double ended ball is no bigger than a soft ball again suctions crap pops off at both ends flys away 👎boo and shippings a joke went back in forth in transport and got a smashed box at my door

Worst I’ve ever got scammed. This dude advertises these bags as heavy, reliable and high quality but I think I could make something better with some materials from a trash compactor or something. I’ll never use Shopify or buy from one of these drop shippers ever again. Can’t believe he also has thousands of bots that mask how bad of a scam it is on every website that the bags are on. I’d catch a charge for assault on this dude before I bought this again.

I ordered an item on 20 December 2024 and I have not received it to this date. No one has responded to my numerous emails. This is a SCAM!!!

This company is fake im still waiting for the bag i brought for xmas present for my son excuses after excuses now they just ignore me no refund lot money lost and still have the cheek to send me special offers

Do not buy from bxrhub. Product received was faulty. Asked for a replacement or refund. Bxrhub refused to do both. Now that i can’t even use it. Got really scammed.

Horrendous company - do not waste your money! They sent me a faulty product that was unusable. Refused to give me a refund or allow me to return item.
Eventually after constant emails approx 2 months ago offered me a 50%refund but I have not received the refund and are now not responding to any of my emails!
Shocking customer service and total scam site.

Worst product ever. I can not use my product because it doesn't stick on the floor. I am waiting for a solution from november!

This is got to be the worst company I've ever bought from. There is a reason why they have been slowly being annexed off every retail website. They don't honor any refund policy, they pretend they offer refunds don't tell you where to ship the product. They product they shipped was straight from China, a factory which didn't want the return package. They for months repeatedly offered me a marked down price of a broken product, when my product arrived broken on arrival. I contracted within hours of my product arrival. I'm disgusted that a company like this is remaining in business.

Buyer beware! You will probably never receive your item . They sent me just the gloves and use that as evidence that product was shipped. They use fake order numbers and fake tracking numbers.

Struggling to give it 1, bought the cobra bag and the ball is punctured, as for the suction pads it just falls over when my 11 year old son hits it, in the review where you see man hitting it you don’t see the base complete waste of money from china

I purchased gloves and boxing cobra DEC 2,2024- 137$ After 10+ emails with Charlene,Vic,Maria and HARRIS ( “the owner”) and others I still haven’t received items IN A TIMELY MATTER . NOW I WANT A REFUND - but for the last 5 emails my response from them is .. it will take 24-48 hours to review your request . that was 6 WEEKS AGO-
DO NOT BUY SCAM - SCAM SCAM .

Doesn't hold up to its word or policies. It even told me it would refund if I canceled the credit card charge back

Don’t buy products from this company. I ordered a cobra bag for £90 and I still haven't got it, it’s been 2months. I’ve written emails and requested refunds multiple times and never got my money or a reply back. DONT BY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Boxflex Pro Cobra Bag - snapped after just over a month of light use - BXR Customer Support would not refund/replace. The overwhelmingly positive reviews on their own website don't correspond with my actual experience - I don't think this product is fit for purpose.

Beware buying from this company,

Items ship from china and took nearly 6 weeks to arrive . When they finally did come I kinda just wish it had never arrived,now I will need to dump it, absaloute rubbish . Gloves where like something out of a joke shop and the reflex ball dosent stick to any surface. Useless

They don't have any negative reviews on there website . Even tho I have left one and I'm sure everyone else here did also.

Chinese scam site

A one is the least i can give!! These guys are horrendous, ordered my product 6 weeks ago, i have had 6 emails asking for feedback!! Send me the product first! I was told it would arrive between 7-14 days, that was 10 days ago! It’s not arriving! I then paid for the tracker, no tracking available! Awful, just awful, steer clear! Terrible company
