The autumn coat is very stylish and warm, proper good seams. i didn't receive a dispatch email with my tracking link though. I had to contact customer care, but they replied very quickly with the details.
The knit cardigan is lovely and warm, and the buttons are sturdy. It took over a week to arrive which was a little disappointing. I emailed customer service and the young lady was very polite and checked the tracking for me right away.
