Selbst ein Stern ist noch zu viel!

Der Koffer wurde von mir bezahlt. Leider höre ich seitdem nichts mehr von dem Unternehmen. Die Sendungsverfolgung funktioniert nicht, es wurde nicht eine Mail beantwortet. Konsequenz: Das Geld ist weg!
Scheint eine Betrugsmasche zu sein.

Die Koffer selbst sind super -wenn sie denn kommen- habe zwei in verschiedenen Größen, der Laden selbst eine einzige Katastrophe. Lieferung dauert ewig, Kommunikation ist unterirdisch, außer Hinhalteparolen und Floskeln kommt NICHTS. Mir wurde die falsche Größe geliefert Nach zwei Monaten Hin und Her, habe ich über Paypal mein Geld zurückgefordert. Ende vom Lied: ich hab den falsch gelieferten Koffer behalten und mir vom erstatteten Geld einen anderen gekauft- muss man natürlich mögen, so ein Gezeter

Haben zwei große Aluminium Koffer gekauft Vorauszahlung 1600€ einer kam völlig defekt zerstört an, Trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung zur Überprüfung oder Reklamation keine Rückmeldung erhalten nur beschwichtigend Rückmeldung, im Endeffekt habe ich einen funktionierenden Koffer für 1600€ gekauft einfach eine Frechheit

Eine grosse Katastrophe selbst nach über einem Jahr wird über eine mangelhafte Lieferung mit Schäden am Koffer diskutiert. Keine Kulanz keine Interesse eine einzige Katastrophe von diesem Unternehmen ist abzuraten. Viele leere Versprechungen und die übliche Masche mit hinauszögern. Eine reine Enttäuschung. Eine solche Firma gehört vom Markt genommen.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Mein Koffer wurde beschädigt geliefert, und obwohl ich den Schaden sofort gemeldet habe, bekam ich nach einer ersten Antwort monatelang keinerlei Rückmeldung.
Der kaputte Koffer steht seitdem immer noch originalverpackt bei mir, und eine Lösung, Erstattung oder irgendeine Form von Support blieb vollständig aus.

Für ein Unternehmen, das mit hochwertigem Reisegepäck wirbt, ist das kundenunfreundlich und absolut unprofessionell. Ich werde nun rechtliche Schritte über den Verbraucherschutz prüfen. Für mich leider: nie wieder.

Someone at Trustpilot surely can get in touch with the corrupt owners of this company!! I bought a medium sized case which took ages to come.. (FairPlay that happens) However stupidity led me to buy a large case for £590 after 20 emails it turned up!! Lasted 2 trips the handle is broken and it doesn’t close.. Absolute rubbish!! Company has gone bump!! I feel for everyone who’s been had !!

€737.80 debited from my account on 9th July. Order acknowledged. Absolutely nothing since then. Their contact details are shut down websites and non existent emails. Strongly urge everyone not to trust these people. Today is 26th July. They promised delivery in 7-12 working days. 14 working days have passed. No word, no contact , no explanation.

I paid $410 for the carry-on luggage 2 months ago. I never received it. They couldn't give a tracking number. Beware! Try to dispute the charge with your credit card company.

FRUAD stole over 2000$
I ordered a luggage set and it didn't arrive for 2 months. When I emailed, a "Louise" kept calming me down. After investigating, I found that it's a man in Cameroon, Africa, running a scam! Their website is down, and they stopped responding.

Suitcases are damaged when arrived. I Immediately took contact and for more then weeks before they answered. And never did they accepted my wish to replace or to refund all of the cases. Biggest fraud in travelgear. Saying they are from France but i only got responses around 2 am. What a big scam and fraud company this is. " Louise" you were lying all the time and i did saved all our email conversations about of the last month. I send at least 5 times the question and now they don't respond anymore. SCAM and fraud company. Trustpilot can see all the evidence of the above with i am saying. Thiefs!!

I paid 300€ for the cabin sized luggage 2 months ago, I never received it and the refund didn’t happen, beware!

The lock on my Nomad started sticking after a year of heavy use. Submitted a warranty claim with photos and received a repair kit within days. The repair was simple to do myself and saved me from having to ship the whole suitcase back.

Ordered online, received luggage. Materials and construction were flimsy and much lower quality than other luggage in same price range. I requested return and quickly realized this is a scam company which would not offer any return option. They are keeping my money and will not support any return. BUYER BEWARE.

Grabbed the carry-on for quick trips to the coast and it's the perfect size. Can fit exactly what I need for 2-3 days without having to check luggage.

This toiletry case has completely fixed my bathroom organization issues while traveling. Every little bottle and tool has its own spot, no more digging through a jumbled mess. The clear compartments let me see everything at once. I actually enjoy unpacking in hotel bathrooms now instead of dreading it.

Was skeptical about buying expensive luggage online without seeing it first. The risk-free trial period gave me time to test the suitcase on two weekend trips before deciding to keep it. No questions asked when I decided to keep it, just a simple email confirmation.

The combination lock stopped working properly after three years of regular use. Expected to be told it was normal wear and tear outside warranty coverage. They sent replacement parts without any pushback and even offered to pay for a locksmith if I couldn't fix it myself.

Suitcase arrived and looked great. Only used once but they took a real battering. The case is so flimsy that all four case were dented. The foot came off one of them. So much for them being robust. I raised a warranty claim for the lost foot. Customer services promised action but nothing happened. Chasing them got a 'please bear with us' response. Now they do not reply 2 month later. Don't believe their marketing, save your money and buy the real thing.

The wheels on this Nomad case are honestly the best I've ever used on any luggage. They roll so smoothly across airport floors, cobblestone streets, and even carpet. I used to get tired dragging my old suitcase through long terminals but this one follows me like a faithful pet. My shoulders thank you Beaume.

Flying with the Nomad carry-on reduced my travel stress significantly last year. It fits in overhead compartments with room to spare on both domestic and international flights. The weight distributes evenly so it doesn't tip over while standing in endless security lines. I pack the same amount but somehow it all fits better in this thoughtfully designed space.
