Ich bin begeistert wie alles mit der Liebe zu Kunden gemacht ist. Ich bestelle seit 2 Jahre Klamotten: Hose, Badeanzug, Kleidung und wieder Hose und wieder Badeanzug und einen Sweatshirt in einer besonderer puderrosa Farbe, die selten zu finden ist. Den habe ich in Gr.L bestellt. Es ist immer perfekt verpackt und Malina vervendet magische Kurvenlineal für Damenbekleidung - das soll ich sagen. Deshalb ist es es wert. Ich bin 175 groß und 72 wiege, XL passt ideal!! Aber Badeanzuge trage ich sowohl XL, als auch L. Weil XL (eigentlich der untere Teil des Badeanzugs) ist etwas lockerer als ich mag. Obwohl ich breite Hüften habe. Also das ist echt die Sache des Geschmacks.

If you happen to be one of those customers that need to return your items , you will end up in a financial trap as this Malina company will be holding onto your moneys for forever!!!! HORRIBLE experience , no respect for customers’ time and money as you will end up chasing your own money that belong to you non stop with no result!!! Can’t believe that such an unethical company sells their cloths at Selfrdges!!! Someone must report their wrong doings to make sure other customers do not go through this horrible experience!! Companies like these should be banned to operate.

Amazing! Love it!

Omg! I bought the Elna dress. Never have I ever shopped this brand but wanted a cute red Xmas dress for the upcoming holiday and it is PERFECT! I want another one!

I was warned about sizing issues so I used the fit tool to double check. I am usually a 38 and compared size measurements with a dress I bought recently from samsoe samsoe and the tool recommended a 40. I was sceptical but went for it and it got it right! Dress was perfect! I love it and can’t wait to buy another!

Oh and the quality was amazing! Wow! Very high end.

Wenn man 0 Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich das tun. Die Ware defekt...Angebot: Rücksendung nach China auf eigene Kosten oder 30 Prozent Nachlass. Absolut unseriös der Laden! Finger weg!!

Stay away from buying anything!

The ordered dress was of poor quality and running large. After returning the dress, there was no response from ByMalina whatsoever...only after contacting customer service (the dress had been delivered to them 2 weeks before), they informed me, that they couldn't accept the return. Apparently the dress had "a bad odor or was worn". I returned it UNWORN, UNWASHED, IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.... only 2 days after i had received it. Unbelievable... hopefully PAYPAL will help to solve this...

Horrible experience

Horrible experience, the clothing looks nice in pictures but in real life, for a price like that-it should be amazing, but you get bad fabrik, poor stitching and cheap looking attire. Furthermore, the refund takes months, I am still waiting for over 1,000€ refund for a month now ... the company clearly just wants to keep the cash in for visibility if success in the books, never ordering from this store again. Return me back my money, unethical scam shop!

Stay away if you want your money back

I ordered two dresses in July and returned both items at the beginning of August (the return was delivered to their warehouse on August 8th). Despite this, I only received my refund nearly two months later —and only after initiating a chargeback through my bank.

Waiting for a €400 refund for such a long time is unacceptable. This either points to very poor internal processes or to a questionable business practice that relies on customers forgetting to follow up on their refunds.

Mycket dåligt och väldigt problematisk…

Mycket dåligt och väldigt problematisk och returnera. Kommer aldrig och handla mer på Malina!!!
Köpte en klänning och returnerade 12 augusti, har inte fått mina pengar tillbaka än 4200kronor. Inget svar när man ringer kundservice och väldig gles svar på mail. Ska anmäla det företaget.

Aldrig igen

Malina gör extremt fina kläder, men tro mig när jag säger att de kläderna inte är värda den cirkus som blir om man mot förmodan behöver returnera / reklamera.
Jag har upplevt:
- svårigheter att få tag i kundservice
- felregistrering gjord av personal i Malinas kundservice som ledde till att min reklamation inte fanns i systemet.
- LÅNGA väntetider/ katastrofal återkoppling på mail, telefonsamtal.

Jag gjorde en reklamation av en klänning i juni. Jag har fått kämpa för att få min återbetalning. Äntligen, nu i SEPTEMBER, har dom kontaktat Klarna och strukit min faktura där. Oändligt med mail och samtal till både PostNord, Klarna och Malina under 3-4 månaders tid för en återbetalning. Det kanske bara är jag, men 3-4 månader för en reklamation är under all kritik.

Please stay away from this webshop! They have the worst customer service out there, believe me you won't get your money back from them and they don't reply to your emails either. The quality of their clothes is also bad.

Katastrof

Katastrof!
Har gjort retur på plagen. dom var fina men vi föll för andra tärnklänningar. De har gått en månad och har inte hört nått. Mailade förra veckan och inte fått återkoppling än, försökt ringa men kommer bara till telefonsvar. Jag ligger ändå ute med över 6000 kronor som jag vill ha tillbaka, eftersom jag följt allt man skulle göra för retur. Kommer inte att handla här ingen eller rekommendera någon annan att göra de heller.

I ordered accidentally twice the same…

I ordered accidentally twice the same dress, which I communicated right after I had placed my order. So, there is one article I want to return of course. Since I was abroad and wrote this in multiple emails I would not be able to return the item in the allowed 2 weeks.
Unfortunately I cannot return my article on site anymore, and need a return label from them. I have now sent multiple reminders since 21/08 and still no answer. When I call by phone, I only get a Swedish reply which I do not understand and no one is answering your phone call, not even the flag store. Terrible customer service :-( for such a beautiful brand, what is going on PLEASE???

Desværre samme oplevelse som flere andre. Jeg har bestilt et brudeslør. Jeg fik en ordrebekræftelse, da jeg havde bestilt den 7. august, men jeg har ikke modtaget mail om, at det er afsendt og de har trukket de 1.890 kr. De svarer heller ikke på mine mails.
