I was weary of parting with a ring passed down to me with sentimental value and put off getting it resized for years. After a friend of mine swore by By Vive I went for it and cannot be more pleased with the service I received!! The process was timely and transparent and the ring fits absolutely perfectly. Absolutely recommend.
