I like iHerb. They sell a lot of supplements and stuff that is expensive to get in Canada, even though some of these are supposed to be Canadian companies (idk why the prices are super jacked up on Amazon, and the reviews on Amazon usually say lots of fakes). So I like iHerb because they ship fast, package well, have good prices and good selection.

I found my first order, got a discount, free shipping, really good start, so waiting for arrival before I can respond again

IHerb is not based in Pennsylvania nor anywhere else except in fantasyland, aka cyberspace. My order url indicated ca.iHerb.com which clearly suggests a Canadian site for a .com site in the US. I purchased product labeled as being labelled as a Dr. Mercola product so I trusted the product and the site as it had an https. The s at the end of http url usually indicates “locked and secure”. I gave the address for both residence for land deliver by courier or if by mail I gave a Box # at a PO box I rent since in Ontario home delivery by Canada Post is a long lost illusion in some provinces.
Well, no product was ever delivered and I got automated excuses about the weather which was not that bad for a northern winter. Yet when I saw the details of the charge on my credit card it inidcated the office location is in Amsterdam, Netherlands. However, the phone # to which the payment was made was the phone number for Starbucks 800-782-7282. Starabucks staff I spoke with all denied any knowledge of iHerb. They claimed it is not a branch of the vast Starbucks Israeli empire which used to claim its US head office was in Washington State.

So basically it appears to be a scam.

The company iHerb is utterly a scam, a fabrication that does not exist outside of the bait of a convincing website

Do not get ripped off and I humbly recommend do NOT give them any financial information nor your addresses.

They are a scam with potential thieving repercussion. Be wary if they have any of your financial or personal information.

Report them to authorities who used to take responsibility for personal digital information but they too are likely now compromised as are all our formerly accountable institutions.

I’m not entiely surprised the site claims Amazon was doing the land delivery while the charge was made by a Starbucks phone number and address in Amsterdam.

They appear to be a criminal ring of billionaire enterprises who got rich online stealing from all of us.

I ordered from them, but they sent me the wrong item. I requested a replacement and also spoke to them, and they assured me it would be resolved. However, nothing was done. It seems they think they're fooling both me and customer satisfaction. I had an extremely terrible experience with them.
