Crazy…

Absolutely crazy to me that you have to create an account aka hand over your details before you can even see if a billboard is available near you. Won’t be using a service from information leeches.

What a complete waste of time.

What a complete waste of time.

I spent ages selecting boards and designing artwork, only to be told my artwork had "failed". It hadn't—your website had.

The real issue, which you conveniently don't tell customers upfront, is that there's a £1,000 minimum order. Instead of being transparent, you let people invest time and effort before throwing up a misleading error message.

Marketing yourselves as a service for small businesses is disingenuous when you effectively exclude smaller orders. If there's a £1,000 minimum spend, say so clearly before people start designing—not after they've wasted their time.

Poor UX, poor transparency and an incredibly frustrating experience. I won't be using this service again.

No way to verify results

Seems nice, but hides a lot of things like minimum spend. You have no way to verify if the campaign has happened or not. I literally stood next to the billboard and didn't see a single impression.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE

Signed up for a single display in local town, steps straight forward, set budget of my amount to test to see if any leads are generated, uploaded artwork to display..... DECLINED reasoning you ask....

"Minimum spend - JCDecaux has introduced a minimum spend of £1,000 for any access to their inventory through our platform", they do not advertise this when selecting the displays until they decline the artwork, who has £1000 marketing budget sitting there for a trial advert?

"Blocked/inaccessible website – All publishers will check the viability of a URL before allowing an ad to play on their network. Websites must be ‘live, active and accessible’ if they are not for any reason your submission will be denied by them", geo location blocks countries other than UK and Canada where we provide services, it clearly states this on the page when visiting the site.

Request refund and explain in basic business terms only to be told I'm being disrespectful!

I signed up to Caasie.co to run a…

I signed up to Caasie.co to run a time-sensitive advertising campaign. I uploaded my artwork, followed the requested specs, and topped up my account with $80.

Only around half of the boards were approved, so I paused the campaign while I tried to resolve the issue. After supplying artwork to the requested specifications, some of it was still rejected. I then had to upload larger artwork than their own requested specs to try and prevent any pixelation issues.

When I later logged back in, I noticed part of my budget had been spent without me realising, so I had to pause the campaign again. I contacted their online chat, which suggests there is live chat support, but it simply redirects you to a ticket system. I submitted a support ticket and received no response for over a week. I then submitted another ticket, which has also had no response.

Because the campaign was time-sensitive, I restarted it in the hope that it would run properly while I waited for support to get back to me. However, when I checked the overview page, more of the budget had been spent, yet the reporting showed no plays in the past 48 hours. So I am left asking: what have I actually paid for?

At this point, I have had no proper support, no clear evidence that the adverts are actually being displayed, and money being taken from the account with no meaningful explanation.

Based on my experience, I would avoid Caasie.co. If they cannot properly support or deliver on a small trial budget, I certainly would not trust them with a larger advertising spend. Save your money.

Hi Adam, we are sorry to hear that your CAASie experience did not meet expectations.

Our logs show that initially some of your boards were approved quite quickly, while others underwent a longer review process resulting in a few being rejected. As your campaign was set to live at that time, any artwork that is approved will automatically begin playing where possible within the schedule, budget, and board selection you had set.

I can see that soon after the approved artwork was approved, ad plays commenced on the 23rd May. It looks like you paused the campaign that day or the next and no further ads ran until the campaign was unpaused and set live again on or around the 30th May where ad plays commenced again.

Your campaign looks to have run successfully, running until the end of your set schedule 6th June, and using 91% of the 80 credit budget set.

You are able to download a "proof of play" CSV directly from the platform if you'd like to view the performance in more detail, simply go to the Performance tab > Set date parameters in the bottom right corner > Click the green download button. This report has dates and times of each ad play, their cost, which boards they played on, and the artwork that played.

Our support team reached out in detail on the 1st June outlining the reason for artwork approval delay, and explaining why the campaign had commenced with the artwork approved at that time, including steps you could take to verify the spend and pause or continue the campaign.

I have reached out separately to you more recently via email to learn more about what we can do to improve the CAASie experience. I hope to hear from you.

We appreciate all feedback and remain committed to transparency, independent verification, and supporting our customers whenever concerns are raised.

Misleading - Contradicts its Pay as you use marketting

I suspect this company works better for large or medium companies rather than small, sole traders

The platform itself is good can be sluggish around approvals but generally works well. It talks about being cost effective and you pay as you go only for ads as you wish so no waste. You can join as I did with £20 but then you have to top up a minimum of £80 with no refund if dont use. This is not friendly at all or flexible, I will take my business elsewhere

Respuesta de CAASie.co

Hi Christopher, we are sorry to hear that CAASie experience did not meet expectations.

Our team has reviewed your account and when you initially signed up to CAASie our minimum purchase was 20 credits (in your local currency), but soon after we increased our minimum to 80 credits.  This was actually in response to identifying what you mentioned, that CAASie was better suited for campaigns above the previous value of 20 credits.

While we don't generally offer refunds for unspent credit, in exceptional circumstances at CAASie's discretion, such as the inability to have chosen artwork approved or approved in time for a scheduled campaign, refunds may be offered.

It looks like you used all the credits running your first campaign, so there are no unspent credits to refund in this instance, but if you would like to give CAASie another go we would love to have you back and assist where we can.

We genuinely appreciate your feedback and remain committed to transparency and supporting our customers whenever concerns are raised.
