Very good quality cabinet product. We especially liked plywood boxes and soft closing hardware. Shipping may take a bit time, but I still highly recommend them for home cabinets.
For RTA Cabinets these are pretty darn good compared to others we've done. Easy to put together, quick ship and quality is up there.

We purchased cabinets over a year ago. Still love them. I just ordered stain to match the cabinets so I could build custom pantry shelving. I clearly wasn't paying close attention when I ordered and o... Ver más

The cabinets looks amazing
The cabinets look amazing, more than likely going to get some for our own home. We got them for a project for one of our clients. We're literally going to go with the same style cabinets that we got for our clients. Very easy to put together the RTA style ones. I believe that the price is very competitive compared to home Depot or any of those big box stores. Great experience overall little tiny details when it comes to delivery and stuff. But totally fine. Everything came out really good. Enjoyed the experience was easy. Thank you so much!

Love the cabinets but don’t forget anything because you’ll PAY
My cabinets look great and we get tons of compliments!! But make sure you order EVERYTHING you need, if you’re short on anything and want to go back and order it, you’ll pay $300-$400 in shipping even if it’s for something small! That’s the only downfall of this company

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing the experience. We’re very happy to hear that you love your cabinets.
We understand that additional shipping costs can be frustrating. However, we would like to clarify that the items ordered afterward were not considered small parcel items, as they included long moldings approximately 100” in packaging length and a plywood sheet panel. Due to the size and handling requirements, these items require freight shipping, which can be costly. To help minimize the expense, we covered a portion of the shipping cost on our end and also provided an additional discount for the order.
We truly appreciate your business and thank you for choosing us for your project.

Would not process order
Was under the impression they could not endure the shipping costs and therefore could not process my order. An online business that cannot provide a service warrants a 1-star.

Dear Megan,
Thank you for your interest in our products.
To clarify, we did not discuss shipping costs. Our representative provided an assessment regarding the shipping route and location challenges associated with some items in your order. We believe in being transparent upfront.
As the order was never completed or processed, and no charges were made, we do not feel the one-star review accurately reflects the service our team provided.
We wish you the best with your project.
Sincerely,
CabinetSet.com LLC
