Terrible Experience with Cable Harness Expert (CHE) - Avoid at All Costs!
We had an incredibly disappointing experience with Cable Harness Expert (CHE), a subcontract manufacturer located in China. As a business, we rely heavily on the expertise and reliability of our partners, but unfortunately, CHE proved to be neither.
- Inaccurate Reading of Specifications: Despite providing clear and detailed specifications, CHE repeatedly made mistakes. They misinterpreted our requirements, leading to errors in the production process.
- Faulty Samples: The samples we received were riddled with issues. It was apparent that quality control was not a priority for them. The samples did not meet our standards and raised serious concerns about their capabilities.
- Poor Sourcing and Pricing: They struggled to source the necessary parts and components. When they did manage to procure them, the prices were unreasonably high.
- Final Product Issues: The final batch of wiring harnesses we received had reversed wiring compared to our specifications. This mistake rendered the entire batch unusable for our needs.
- Lack of Accountability: When we addressed these issues, CHE refused to take responsibility. Their customer service was unresponsive and uncooperative, and eventually, they completely ghosted us.
Overall, our experience with Cable Harness Expert (CHE) was a business nightmare. They are far from being experts or reliable in the field of harness manufacturing. We strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere for a competent and trustworthy partner. Save yourself the frustration and financial loss by avoiding CHE.
