Cab My Ride Opiniones 

They cancelled my booking with taxi company, no driver available. Blamed me for wrong timing,although i disputed their claim because i had been extremely careful to choose the correct time. They sent me an email cancelling my booking, it is unclear if i will receive a refund or charged a cancellation fee. I sent an email asking company to clarify refund; have heard nothing. Currently of the opinion that i've been scammed, spotted errors on their website and would advise others to avoid this company. They were 't any cheaper than other providers, not worth the hassle.

AJ was excellent in getting our issues resolved, even down to adjusting a pick-up time last minute. Absolutely reccommend!

Absolutely shit service. Couldn’t find me a taxi today to meet friends. Had to ask my daughter to act as my taxi driver.

Excellent and on time

We booked an 8 seat taxi to pick us up from the cruise terminal in Southampton, the booking was accepted , at only 30 minutes before our scheduled pick up time we were informed there was not a car available.
Fortunately for us we managed to get a cab at the terminal but it could have been so much worse if we have had a connection at the airport, I think 30 minutes notice is unacceptable and certainly would not recommend this company

We have been very pleased with this cab company as most of their drivers - recent booking with driver Samir Pandey was very good! - are punctual and give helpful, friendly service

good taxi company but could learn some manners when texting customers ie refer to people (customers) by there title not just their surname .On numerus occasions I have been referred to by your organization as Appleton and not Mr. Appleton.

All on time & very considerate & friendly driver, considering he was carrying 4 rather happy Customers 🤭🤣

The driver was on contact with me the moment my train pulled in to the train station and told me exactly where he was parked.
He took my bags and I asked him to drop my mum off right to the door and wait until she had opened it and then quickly contact to let me know she was indoors.
Now that is service beyond normal duty but all the drivers are willing.

Great to have a taxi ride with a high roof line, like London taxis, not crammed into a low-roof-line standard domestic car with a taxi hire plate on it, they called a white taxi

The cab driver was taking me to a cruise ship terminal. He had told me what time to leave to be at the terminal on time. As it turned out, the roads were packed. He was finding little roads to avoid the traffic jam.

My cab arrived on time. My driver was very professional and knowlegable regarding the area
