The colours in the website are a bit misleading. I ordered a BMW 3 Series E93 Wind Deflector and in the reality it does not fit to the seats' colour as much as I expected based on the pictures.

Great product, swift delivery
The wind deflector was dispatched swiftly and as expected. Delivery within three business days almost came true. Unfortunately, the processing took an extra day in transit, possibly because my address is outside the EU. My own faulty postal code at order caused yet another day of delay, because the package first went to the wrong town. I received the package today, 5 business days after order placement which is pretty good--all considered. The product met my expectations in every way. I installed the wind deflector on my Mercedes right away, with no hassle at all. Perfect fit.

Bra men enkelt packat. Tracking visade rätt och paketet kom på 7 dagar,
Bra kvalité på windbreakern och den kommer passa perfekt. En liten lapp med beskrivning på montering skulle gett toppbetyg. Diameter på borr? En liten pappersmall på var man ska borra för att träffa rätt?

Neglected to state that products supplied are for LHD cars, no good here in the UK.
Also features securing magnets for an Aluminium bodied car!!

Terrible company… very high shipping…
Terrible company… very high shipping costs and if an item is bought by mistake or wrong they will not pay to have it shipped back. I paid $323 for a wrong item and $171 to have it shipped. When I tried to return it they said ship it at your expense and they will refund me… the cost was $800 to ship it back… so now I’m out $500 for nothing

We are very sorry to hear about your experience and we understand your frustration. International shipping costs can indeed be very high, and unfortunately they are outside of our control. We know that shipping from EU to US can be relatively cheap, but shipping from the US to the EU can be extremely high.
We do our best to be transparent about these costs and about our return policy, but we realize this can be disappointing in cases like yours. Unfortunately the import duties become extremely high because of a chance of policy by the US government end of August. Therefor we have now stopped all shipments to the US. That is the reason we advice customers not to return the goods, but to try and sell it in the US.
We regret that this situation has left you dissatisfied, and we will take your feedback seriously to see how we can improve our communication and service in the future.

Air Deflector for 2002 CLK320 does not…
Air Deflector for 2002 CLK320 does not fit in the bag, does not fit in the trunk. I paid a tariff for $180 on a product that cost that... No notice from the seller, shipper, etc until the last minute "Pay this, or we will not deliver" would appreciate notification of tariff / duty ahead of time.

Fast shipping and the product as…
Fast shipping and the product as advertised. However, there was no mention of tariffs on the website. I had to pay more than half of item price as tariffs. Very unfortunate and feel deceived.
