Hi Andrew,
95% of the items we sell are Pre Owned and this is something that is made very clear.
On every item, there is a condition section which states the condition the item is in. The Aquascutum shirt you ordered was listed as Very Good Condition which I can see that you agree with.
On the rare occasion we have any brand new items in, the description and product title will state this, with a shorthand BNWTs (Brand New With Tags) in the product title, and the full wording in the description.
I hope this helps when placing any future orders.
