What a lovely place to have a relaxing snack. Well an intensional snack turned into the beautiful “Power Breakfast” followed by the Rice-pudding the best I have had, sorry mum if you read this. All the food looked so so good we could not help ourselves. Got to say at this point it tasted as good if not better as well. The service was lovely and very attentive, our server was very good, unfortunately I could not put her name as they don’t wear badges but she had glasses on and was a credit to the establishment Will be back for more 😋

The old woman with the scarf is unpolite and no smile at all.
She is a hurry to get us out as soon as we paid, no time for toilet etc.

The male waiters are serviceminded.

Bad chocolate milkshake taste like coffee

The desserts are over rated and tasteless !! Coffee is good! Chicken Sandwich is very dry with big chicken chunks !! Don’t waste money,

Rubbish staff there bad experience with one of the staff there i am a regular customer there . Today she got me the bill without me asking her she wants me to leave the table because she had someone she knows that wanted to sit on the same table. I asked here i didn't ask for the bill but she still insisted that I should pay and leave the table. I didn't want any problem with here because she is an old woman. I think the manager should teach her manners how to deal with costomers.

You don’t have right to drink water on the table ! You will stand up and go to the bar to ask for water, server can’t give you water.
So if you choke, you die sitting in your chair. Very stupid
Vous n'avez pas le droit de boire de l'eau à table ! Vous devez vous lever et aller au bar pour en demander ; le serveur ne peut pas vous en apporter.
Donc, si vous vous étouffez, vous mourrez assis sur votre chaise.

Pastries are not fresh, bad customer service

The quality of the food was rubbish . Staff were nice and helpful . Cheese pastry had a few specks of cheese the rest was all pastry spinach cheese pie was all spinash haedly any cheese, again all pastry !!’ Lentil soup was floury

I recently visited Cafer Erol London 1807 and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, the Turkish coffee was rich and authentic, and the baklava was one of the best I’ve had in London. Everything felt beautifully presented and the staff were warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I had a really nice visit there was lovely variety of choices from baklava to cake and sweets as well as sandwiches and lunch options, and a friendly vibrant atmosphere. The cakes were fresh and designs I had never seen before, definitely worth a visit.

Absolutely loved this café! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. The coffee was excellent—rich and full of flavour—and the food was fresh and delicious. Staff were friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of my favourite spots, I’ll be coming back!

Best cafe in London. Amazing cakes and sweets

I first tried Cafer Erol in Istanbul, and honestly it is amazing to see them in London.
There are loads of dessert places here, but this one just feels different. It’s not just trying to be trendy or “Instagrammable” it’s just proper, old-school quality. You can tell they’ve been doing this for a very long time.
Everything tastes fresh and handmade, not overly sweet, not artificial… just right. The kind of place where you go for a quick dessert and end up sitting longer than you planned. It’s also a really easy date spot without trying too hard.
Also, small warning: their packaging is too convenient. I usually go in thinking I’ll get one thing, and leave with a box for home and another one “just in case” I visit someone 😄
I’ve ordered online a few times as well, no issues so far, pretty smooth.
If you like proper desserts (not just sugar bombs), definitely worth trying.

I popped into Café Errol and bought a slice of cake and was charged £14. This was to take away. The man on the till didn't give me a receipt just tucked it into the till. This is an extortionately big price for what turned out to be a stale cake. Don't bother with this tourist trap. Better cake elsewhere.
