I came all the way from Germany to Istanbul to get 20 composite bonding treatments done at Cadgis, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The consultation was very professional and informative, and I felt well taken care of from the beginning.

The doctor did an excellent job and really put a lot of effort into making everything perfect. The whole team was friendly, attentive, and the service overall was outstanding. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering dental work!

I can’t recommend Cagdis Dental Clinic enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt truly cared for. The team’s kindness, especially Kerim’s support and clear communication, made all the difference. The best service and best care

The composite bonding provided by Cagdis Dental has proven to be of dangerously poor quality utilizing what appears to be cheap, brittle material that has systematically failed within days of application.

At the time of this review, a total of 7 teeth across me and my partner have chipped or shattered a clear indication of substandard materials and negligent application that has been confirmed as a total failure by independent UK dental assessments.

Rather than standing by their work or offering a professional resolution the clinic staff specifically a representative named Kerim have chosen to ghost all communications and block our accounts on social media to suppress the truth of this medical negligence.

I have now formally engaged a lawyer in turkey

This is no longer a simple dispute it is a documented case of clinical failure and bad faith, and I am pursuing full compensation for the corrective procedures now required in the UK to fix the damage caused by this clinic.

The front bonding was done well, but unfortunately everything around it was not okay.
The dentist who placed the bonding went out to smoke several times and came back each time with a strong cigarette smell. Even though he was wearing a mask and gloves, the smell was very noticeable. As a non-smoker, this felt really unpleasant and unhygienic.
In addition, private conversations were held between the dentist and the assistant during the appointment, which came across as unprofessional.
Our appointment was scheduled for 12:00, but we were not helped until 14:00, without any apology or explanation. The treatment was only finished around 20:00, meaning it took about 6 hours in total. Keep this in mind when booking an appointment.
Not something we would repeat.

My experience at Çagdis was smooth from start to finish! I arrived from London and was looked after from the minute I landed. Although I was very nervous I was made to feel at ease by the dental team and the translating team. The result was honestly overwhelming, I have dreamed of having the perfect smile for such a long time, I’ve spent lots of money on braces and chip repairs but I was never happy. I came to Cagdis and had teeth whitening, 20 composite bonding, a filling and a root canal and I am so so so pleased with them! I am a little fussy and had some slightly sharper bits I could feel with my tongue and Dr Tugce (I hope I spelt that right) was very patient with me. I appreciate you all - thank you so so much

Suite à la pose de couronne mal placée es avec des matériaux de base game je vis l enfer avec des infections et des devitalisations en conséquence sinon risque de dechaussement de toutes les dents!!!! Mon dentiste me suggère de prévenir de ne pas vous faire convaincre par le prix car la souffrance et les fr1is vu qu il va devoir tout refaire ici. Je les ai contacté mais me disent d y retourner vous pensez bien que je ne vais plus risquer des infections supplémentaires

I arranged everything with Lucas from Çağdiş who was very friendly and always responded promptly to any questions I had. Upon arriving to Istanbul the transfers were always on time. The dentist experience was very pleasant. The staff were polite and the dentist was very thorough making changes to the teeth when I asked. I am very pleased with my new smile. Great, friendly team here. They answer as many questions as you have. A good experience and absolutely in love with my new smile. I got 20 composite bonding with no whitening.
I also loved the fact that I was not pressured to get any add ons and if they feel you don’t need a service / add on treatment they will say.

My experience was 10/10 I cannot fault them at all. From the booking confirmation to my arrival and treatment honestly I am truly touched. Lucas was always available to answer my questions and enquiries through WhatsApp anytime and he was really quick at responding.

I got 20 composite bonding done including whitening and cleaning by Dr Merve. She was absolutely amazing so professional and kind. Dr. Merve ensured there were regular breaks taken as necessary as you will be seated for a long time. The communication throughout the treatment was excellent as Dr Merve would show me the progress by handing me a mirror and ask if I’m happy or if I wanted anything changing. Which I really loved as she ensured my choices and decisions were taken into consideration. Thank you so much to Cagdis, the whole team everyone has been amazing. From the WhatsApp communication, airport transfer, hotel, dental treatment 10/10! Thank you so much for giving me my dream smile 😊 I couldn’t be happier !

I had a good experience with Cagdis Dental. The transfers were punctual, the hotel was very nice, and the treatment was carried out very well. Everything was explained clearly including the aftercare. I would 100% recommend.
