Fantastic first time experience with Cake Head. Ordered Wednesday night and delivered by Friday afternoon with delivery updates. Cakes were also delicious so I will definitely be using them again. Excellent customer service by the Team!

I have brought cakes from Cakehead for many years. Never had a bad experience the cakes are to die for. Better still anytime I have had to contact customer services I have been totally impressed by the ability to help. In short brilliant products and brilliant customer service. Highly recommend

I have ordered from CakeHead many times and use them for family occasions. The brownies and caramel shortbread are almost obscenely good. We always plan to freeze some but have always eaten them within 3 days of opening...
This time, although I have never experienced anything other than perfect delivery, there was a glitch for my husband's birthday. I contacted the team and immediately it was picked up by a super friendly and professional person. We had a few email exchanges whilst they rectified the delivery and they even sent me a 2nd box by express delivery so that we could be covered. Everyone I spoke to sent such friendly and personal messages. The customer service was completely exceptional. I cannot thank you all enough - although I fear my husband is now in love with the Caramel Box!

Fantastic experience. I needed gluten-free vegan brownies at short notice and Nancy was so helpful. I was a little late ordering on Friday and they arrived at 11am Saturday.
I was so impressed with the thoughtfulness and care taken over the packaging. It is a very challenging to bake GF and Vegan and the brownies are delicious. Deep rich flavours, and moist. An excellent company to deal with.

The team at Cakehead go above and beyond to ensure that the recipient is never disappointed. Original product was delivered to the wrong location by the courier (nothing to do with Cakehead) I contacted Cakehead and got a very prompt response with useful info and also a replacement was dispatched arriving in less than 24hrs to the recipient. What tremendous customer care and service from Rebecca and the team. THANK YOU Got feedback from the recipient that the brownies were the best ever!!

We spoke with Monica who was amazing at helping us decide and give advice on what we were looking for. We will 100% be using Cakehead again, the bakes were incredible and went down a treat. Pun very much intended. 10/10

I have used Cakehead for some time to deliver special treats to friends and family. Everyone who has received their cakes has absolutely loved them. If l have ever had a problem, the customer service team have been brilliant and have provided a prompt, friendly and personal service. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I received an Easter box for my birthday as a gift. It arrived and looked amazing! I was very pleased. There was a minor issue & when I contacted Cakehead they were incredibly helpful and resolved the problem immediately. Their customer service is excellent. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Cannot rate highly enough. I wanted a mixed box sent to 3 family members but was abroad at the time and the internet was not great so I emailed cakehead and they sorted it all for me - went above and beyond !! Don’t hesitate to order from these guys - customer service is second to none and their product is absolutely delicious!

This is my absolute go-to company to send brownies. The product is always presented well and the brownies are delicious (I'm told).
More recently, I veered away and used another company who failed to deliver on the designated day. I contacted Cakehead, placed an order with them and the brownies arrived the next day.
Really fabulous customer service too - my sons' often forget to tell me the brownies have arrived & the Cakehead team are great at checking & confirming delivery information, even offering to drop a pin for the delivery location.
Really impressed and grateful to get such consistent service and delicious brownies!

We just absolutely love these cakehead boxes - they are perfect gifts. The brownies are so tasty. Perfect with a cup of tea. The only danger is how long they last, you will not be disappointed.

I ordered my 3rd box of ‘goodies’, and they were delivered last Thursday (25/09). Put them in the fridge and forgot about them until Sunday! 😢
It is the ‘HAPPY’ box,and do they make you happy? You bet they do! The Lemon and White Chocolate are to ‘die for’. The Raspberry ones sublime, and the shortbread with the lovely gooey middle just..mine..lol🤣
The best box by far, although I have enjoyed all the others.
Deliciousness in a box, beautifully presented, and first class service throughout!
I look forward to ordering more in the near future! I have a ‘big birthday’ coming up soon (75) and was going to have a birthday cake made…I think I’ll order boxes of deliciousness instead! 😋

Cakehead’s customer service is exemplary! I dealt with a wonderful lady called Monica who kindly and promptly reissued my order following a failed delivery by DPD (DPD error). Super polite and friendly and an absolute credit to the company. Thank you Monica.

I ordered a box as a present for my girlfriend and she loved them, the packaging was good and they looked very high quality. Would definitely recommend and I will be ordering again soon. The staff are also very kind and helpful and contacted me and helped me with an issue I had.
