I purchased a property sourced and renovated by Lloyd and Daryl.

Throughout both the sourcing and renovation processes Lloyd and Daryl communicated everything clearly and in a timely manner.

The result was a flat that was renovated to a high standard and which was let straight away following the works for the anticipated rent.

I would recommend Cal Dun and will use them again in the future.

At the end of 2022, I reached out to Daryl and Lloyd after coming across the boys on LinkedIn.
