Overall, she is a really good professor. I bought the course for my Calc 2 class, and she makes more sense than my actual teacher, and explains things simply. The reason why I'm giving it a 4 instead is because she makes mistakes in some videos, and can be checked in the "FAQ" section. This defeats some of the confidence whether I'm learning the things accurately. Overall it's clear, concise, and mostly accurate, but I wish everything was correct inside the video instead of checking for errors in the "FAQ" section. (The work calculus 2 section has more than 3 errors for example.)

Calcworkshop actually saved me. I had an online calculus class, and I COULD NOT follow the videos provided. I am not naturally gifted at math and the entire experience was awful. Calcworkshop was the only thing that helped. I could understand Jen's lectures so well and she went through different types of problems that helped me so much. Cannot recommend calcworkshop enough.

CalcWorkshop is phenomenal! It has a cheap monthly subscription price.

The content is fantastic: Loads of lectures on video simplifying the most difficult topics!

CalcWorkshop explains the smallest to the greatest points in math, from algebra, geometry, trig (pre-calculus), and calculus (I,II, III) to statistics, discrete math, linear algebra, etc.

I'm a senior citizen who enjoys the sciences and economics, but has holes in my understanding of pre-calculus and calculus II and II.

CalcWorkshop has been fantastic and amazingly clearly. It simplifies everything but does so through explanation and problems before your eyes during hours-and-hours of video.

You can skip some videos, if you understand the topic, such as algebra I and II.

But I really enjoyed those videos the most, in preparation of educating myself on more advance math.

Jenn, the video instructor, is friendly and tries to playfully "dumb-down" certain topics which other instructors have made difficult to understand.

She really understands the blindspots that students have and which prevents them from mastering a topic.

CalcWorkshop is really a revolution!

Before I came across calcworkshop I aced my calculus classes. However once I got to discreet math/linear algebra I ran into a brick wall. My professors didn't teach. I had to self teach myself..Youtube videos were not helpful. I came across calcworkshop on youtube ads and skipped the ads many times until I gave it a try. As much as I couldn't stand discreet math I now love it. This is awesome. I'm having lots of fun learning and I'm only day 2 of my subscription. This was a genius move from the creator because its true, no one ever wants to teach the in between steps that are missing in text books. I will definetly be using calcworkshop for diff equations in the future as well. I wonder if she will teach more advanced math subjects such as level 300 400 math courses that would be impressive. I recommend giving the site a try . This is legit!

Calc Workshop is a website that provides instruction in Calculus I, II & III. I have used this website for over 6 months and I can honestly say that Jenn, the instructor, has the best presentations on the subject matter. Her coverage of Linear Algebra is worth the price alone. Unlike the grad students I had in college, Jenn's expositions are clear, and unambiguous. She really knows the subject matter. Her derivations of the math proofs are coherent and concise. No non-sequiturs here.
I do mathematics as a hobby. I also got a math degree in college and the instruction was not very good. The professors I had in college went over proofs without disclosure of a goal or motive. That's not going to happen with Calc Workshop. If you really want to understand calculus, then get this course.
