Return the Item: You can return the item for a full refund; however, shipping costs are borne by the customer. Given that their warehouse is located overseas, these costs can be quite significant.

Selling counterfeit luxury items. I ordered a Longchamp bag from this site and received an obvious counterfeit. The website itself is misleading: it claims to be a long-established Toronto business, but there’s no physical store, and the product photos appear to be AI-generated.
