Work with ERR 24/7 training etc.
They tie you into a contact that you can’t get out of. Basically just a scheme to trap people into long term debt that you can’t get out of avoid!

In 2021 I ignorantly fall into a college 247, the lady said she can get me loan to get into the college 247 training put me on a £7000 contract with this people, when I got only 1500 to pay the college said I can’t continue that I won’t catch up, when I had consultation with the lady from college she didn’t say anything about time as she said I will do it at my own time since I’m working…To cut the long story short Guys stay away I repeat stay away from this, they open other companies disguising to help you finance from them they are the same…..

Please do not use this company as they have been dealing with me for the last four years paid £1000 for collection fees and never got a penny back now they leave me no option but to go down the legal route and they will not speak to me at all😡😡😡

They called me after my unsuccessful (court claim prepared wrongly) court case, and offered services to recover debt. They kept asking questions from their “legal team”, which were ignorant and proved they had no clue about legislation. When I confronted them about this and bad Trustpilot reviews, they sent me an agressive email saying that they are cancelling my “contract”, which I was very happy to do myself, but it just proved what type of scam they are. Now they are holding my sensitive personal and business data and did not remove it, despite my request, which is a breach of GDPR. Massive scam, avoid!

Very poor service. Very little communication.
Did not do what they said they will do.

I notice despite the website still being live for Vanguard partners - it directs me to this review page. please do not enter business with this company, they received money from an outstanding debt on the 28th November 2022. after so many emails and unanswered phone calls - or the i promise this will be sorted .... oh sorry i thought it was all sorted .... all our staff are sick .... the endless lies and avoidance of simply paying us the money that is due. the company spend more time flagging and trying to get bad reviews taken down rather than performing the task they are paid to do. i assure you i have proof of contract and have sent Trust pilot screen shots as proof i am a legitimate unhappy customer.

AVOID. Scammers. Debt collectors. Their previous trust pilot profile was shut down - Vanguard partners. This company is the one you pay to collect a debt but they keep the money and ask you to pay court order application costs but they dont make the court application. They keep your money and use other methods to recover your debt which you will never see.

Don’t be fooled by thinking you need to go to a Scottish court. Use an English one.

HOW THEY SCAM YOU -
First they find out what debt is owed ,how much and who with.
Then they will demand a payment of £ 1800 or above to collect your debt.
After this they will create as much distance between you and the debtor whilst they collect YOUR DEBT !

During this process they may ring you often stating if you get involved in the case you will be liable for the dept owed ( what a load off nonsense ) contact your main debtor as much as you like to see if payment has been made.

HOW YOU CAN WIN

contact the person who owes you money directly .
If you've already found out there scammers take them to court straight away without hesitation.
MAKE SURE YOU TAKE THEM TO COURT AS STATED ON THERE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
